Safety Warning Do not touch the applicator to your fingers or touch other areas of your skin as this may cause skin damage including burning or scarring. Freezing the skin tag: lightly press the applicator tip on only one side of the stalk where it attaches to the skin. Use a mirror if necessary to help see the skin tag. Hold for 40 seconds in one place. Caution: do not move the tip around as the applicator needs to remain in one place to be effective. You will likely feel a mild aching or stinging sensation. Directions The TagTarget skin shield is a self-sticking round pad with a hole in the center like a "bull's eye". It fits over the skin tag and protects the healthy skin around the skin tag. It helps you target the skin tag you want to treat. Always apply the right size TagTarget skin shield before treating with Compound W Skin Tag Remover. If it helps you to see the skin tag, such as one located on your neck, use a mirror to help you to place the TagTarget skin shield. Skin tag next to nose. One week later, I'm just another pretty face.
I had a skin tag appear on my face where I normally shave. I grew tired of having to pussyfoot around this unwanted appendage, but I didn't want to subject myself to a full-body exam demanded by most dermatologists, just to remove one skin tag. So I tried this product. Selecting the protective bandage from the package with the correct sized hole, I followed the instructions and applied what I assume is liquid nitrogen to the tag. No pain involved, just a sensation. One week later, I heard a "clunk" on the floor and I nearly tripped over that skin tag that was no longer looking like a second nose on my face. Of course, I am exaggerating, but the point is that my problem was solved with minimal trouble. Should any other skin tags appear in the future, I know what product to buy to solve the problem at home. Let's sum it up. Good product. It works.

Holy cow...this stuff works!
My husband had a small skin tag form just below his eye near his nose. After researching different at-home removal options, we decided to try this one out first. I helped him apply it, and overall it was pretty easy to use. My husband said he didn't feel any pain or discomfort from it. I wasn't sure if I applied it close enough to the base of the stalk of the tag as instructed, so I told him to be prepared in case we needed to do a second application in a couple of weeks (the instructions say it can take a couple of weeks for it to fall off). Imagine our surprise when a couple of DAYS later he woke up to discover it fell off in his sleep! No scarring or anything. I wish we had taken a before and after, but to be honest some of the reviews made me skeptical about whether or no it would work. IT DEFINITELY DOES! The one thing I will recommend is definitely do cover it with a bandage as recommended, at least while you sleep. We did not cover his--mainly because the awkward location made it difficult--so there was quite a bit of dried blood on his face the morning he woke up and found it had fallen off. But this stuff works!

Works. Easy to use.
This product was easy to use and worked better than I expected. I had a small skin tag on my face, adjacent to my left eye. I was tired of its presence and wanted to do something about it.I searched around for different skin tag removal options until I landed on this one by Compound W. After reading reviews and viewing pictorial testimonies, I was convinced this was the best option for me. Upon its arrival, I read through the instructions, then read it again to be sure (even though I did some things it said not to do...). After, I measured the skin shield (without removing the strip protecting the adhesive side) to my skin tag to find the right size, and applied the solution as directed. However, because it seemed as if I hadn't gotten the stalk, I ended up reapplying with the same applicator (2 things it says not to do, but I was sure each time to avoid healthy skin). Literally 3 days later from the day of application the skin tag is gone! Super impressed.I checked the skin tag each day to see how it was progressing, and I avoided touching it and kept it relatively dry. It took a day after the application for me to notice a difference in color (it had darkened) and the hardening. When the skin tag came off, I was checking it and noticed that it was dry and lifting at the base, similar to a scab. So, I gently scraped at it with my fingernail and it came off painlessly. What remains is a barely perceivable lighter flesh that will blend in by the next day or few. Highly recommend. Wrote this long review hoping it will be useful to somebody.

It’s stinks the tags but not removed them. Not recommended
This product shrinks your skin tags but it won’t remove them as it advertised. I was hopping to remove at least one. It burns the first time and leave the the tags hanging by a thread for two weeks but they don’t fall off. When you sweat hurts badly. The liquid burn the head of the tags and you and they become small open wounds. I doesn’t do what it promises. I’m gonna try something else. I wouldn’t recommend it.

It REALLY Works!
Firstly, this product does not offer an incentive to leave a review, so no concerns about that.It DOES work! I choose to go with freezing over the chemicals, its offers faster results and besides laser, freezing is what the dermatologists use.You must put the applicator on the entire tag, no less then 40 sec, dont worry about hitting it again for a little bit while the tip is still cold. If the tag is longer, lay the tip along its side to cover the entire tag. You need to be aggressive with this, it will sting, little sizzle sound. After, the tag gets red and swells, then in a few days turns black, scabs and dies in about a week to 10 days. Hit it again after 10 days if a little remains. Use the skin guards, as long as you can get the entire tag.Again, dont be shy when you apply the applicator, endure the sting and keep it in place for at least 40 sec. It is worth it 😊

Works good, too expensive.
In a smaller skin tag it worked with only 1 application. On a larger skin tag it took 2 applications. Good product, does what it is intended to but so expensive.

Works just fine!
I was looking for something that I didn’t have to apply multiple times a day (who wants to take a break from work to put some stuff on their neck?)One application and the waiting game started. The skin tag swelled significantly, which I didn’t expect. It was like a little balloon on my neck. I couldn’t find a lot of information on whether what was going on was normal. After that, it hardened overtime as it died and just fell off. So at the end of the day- I got what I wanted! One application, and no more skin tag!

Read the directions and put sticker according to size of skin tag or wart your removing.
I love it once I got the hang of removing my skin tags on neck.

Works really well!
I had two small skin tags on my arm I wanted gone, and my doctor wanted to charge $150 per tag for removal! So I decided to try this instead and it worked! Comes with plenty of doses, clear instructions and protective stickers. Once treatment was applied the tag dried over a week and a half and eventually fell off. Treatment stings a tiny bit during application but not painful, well worth it!!

It will take time!
Ok so at first when I did it I thought we’ll this is no good.. but than after about five days they started to die and fall off my husband. The important thing to know isA: Don’t use the applicator more than 1-2 times, it builds a frost on it and won’t work as well I foundB: after spraying the freeze on the applicator hold the applicator in the air for 10-20 seconds till you see it frothingC: hold applicator very still of the skin tag for 40-50 seconds DO NOT MOVE AROUND IT WORK WORK PROPERLYD: wait and be happy with the results!!

Didn’t work and was painful
Didn’t really work for me and I found it quite painful. I used it on a small skin tag on my neck and it really hurt lol. After a few days it swelled (2-3 times its regular size) and turned black which was really ugly and embarrassing. Then it slowly started healing itself (scab fell off leaving the skin tag it’s normal colour but still slightly larger than it was). I chose not to try it again and instead sprayed it with a spray on bandaid. It shrunk, turned dark and fell off in just a few days. It did leave a bit of the root which is a little annoying and why I wanted to do this instead (as the product claims to get rid of it all) but it was faster, less painful and ultimately worked better for me.I will say that the product says to hold the freezing stuff on the tag for 40 seconds but it really hurt so I stopped after about 30 so that could be why it didn’t work.

GREAT STUFF AND NO DOCTOR
I had 2 medium size skin tags by my left side waist ..The idea to get rid of them the first time is to follow directions ..When you freeze the applicator tip and press it to the one side of the stalk or tag so to speak DO NOT pull away until the time is up ..it stings a little bit but if you hold it there for like 25 seconds you can say adios to that skin tag right there because this stuff works. It will dry up like a scab and fall off after just one treatment if you follow directions .

Amazing results!
I have had small skin tags on my neck for years. So long that I forgot that I could do something about them. I have a wedding to attend soon, so I finally started doing research on the most effective kits. This one came highly rated, so I thought I'd check it out. The instructions were simple, and within a few days, both skin tags turned black and fell off. Amazing! I experienced no pain or discomfort, and the process worked exactly as described. I would definitely recommend this kit for small tags (larger ones would likely take too long to remove with this kit, so a dermatologist might need to get involved). An all-around great product!
