Use only Plant Therapy essential oils an the worse thing you'll have to do it if ever clogs is get a beaker an squirt the tip of the diffuser if and when it clogs up. I haven't even had to clean mine in the last couple years. Its all about the oils u use and that's the bottom line.:)

I've been a little obsessed with essential oils and diffusers for about 4 years. I even host a podcast all about essential oils! I've tried out at least 50 different diffusers over the years, and I really can't say enough how much I love the ones made by Organic Aromas. The Opulence diffuser is super sleek, easy to use, and it's quiet! A quiet nebulizer diffuser is so hard to find. I like that you can turn the light out too. The motors in these diffusers last such a long time too. I blow through diffusers like crazy but the Organic Aroma ones last forever, unless one of my children knock it over and break the glass! But then the glass component is easy to replace, so not a big deal. I prefer the nebulizer (waterless) over the ultrasonic (use water) diffusers because it's more pure and I find they last longer too and stay cleaner. Overall I love love love this diffuser. Thanks!

Style, quality and finish, beautiful. Very quiet. BUT, bought this on June 20, by July 4th it was not working. Tried the instructions for cleaning and only use only pure Lavender oil. Still not working. Not returnable and have not heard re an exchange, or anything, from the company. Have used 2 inexpensive units that worked for well over 18 mos each and were replaced because I accidentally dropped them. Very surprised given the cost this Nebulizing Diffuser lasted 16 days.
