Great system and great support
This machine has been great for me. The form factor is very nicely laid out and it is well built. What sold me is how powerful it is compared to similar offerings.I did contact support one time via email for a minor concern. I got a response right away and they exceeded my expectations. I'm really impressed.I'll be interested to see what they come out with in the future.

They shouldn't be this big
I bought the barebone version and I added 32Gb RAM and two M.2 SSD. Adding these were very easy and problem-free.There are smaller versions of mini PCs out there and this one is among the bigger ones. MinisForum has Ryzen versions with half of this size.Performance is OK but nothing spectacular. Again, some Ryzen models of MinisForum perform better at Geekbench and in gaming. I guess PCs with Intel CPUs are always more expensive even though some are under performing.

Bad CPU Generation
I ordered 3. 2 were dead on arrival. I wouldn't recommend the i9 version as the CPU is known to have a high failure rating.
