It really does work
My husband laughed at me when I got this mosquito repellent gadget, but I am getting the last laugh. He thought is was likely a ruse and wouldn't work. So I tested it on a particularly hot and humid evening, after a rain storm, when the little bloodsuckers swarmed me the moment I walked out the door, eager for a meal.I went back inside, turned on this gadget (I already had it loaded with the repellent pad), slipped the cord onto my wrist, and walked back outside. Presto. Like magic, the mosquitos were gone. Nowhere in sight. It might as well have been a sunny day in January. I walked around a bit, almost daring them to attack, but they didn't take the bait (me--I'm the bait). Several minutes, then a half hour went by. Still bite free. Still no mosquitoes in my orbit. This gadget is effective. I can't vouch for how far of a range it covers, but it definitely does the job when you are close to it. I will be bringing it with us on an upcoming camping trip. My husband can thank me later.

Works but takes awhile to warm up
I had hoped this little mosquito repeller would be something I could carry along when filling my bird feeders, where there always seems to be an over-abundance of mosquitoes and my hands are too busy to swat and swipe at them. I hate having to put on bug spray just for that if I'm not going to be outside for anything else. Unfortunately, I was disappointed because the little unit takes about 10-15 minutes to get going and needs to remain stationary to put up a "force field." Once it's working, it does a very good job sitting on the side table next to me on my porch. I really like that it's rechargeable instead of gobbling batteries (although you do have to lay in a supply of the repellent pads). We'll see if it can hold its own once mosquito season really gets going, but so far I've found it a very handy solution.

Odorless way to keep mosquitoes away
This little guy is a rechargeable mosquito repellant that heats up a disc of repellant and provides protection for up to four hours at a time. The repeller has a wrist strap, and I attached a carabiner to it and hooked it to my belt loop while I took the dog for a walk. I take this out with me every night I take him out and I have not been bitten once. I do not take the dog for especially long walks so a single charge lasts several days.I was nervous there would be an odor to the repellant, but there is none that I can tell. Overall this is a smart product and I am glad I have it.

It works
I finally had a chance to test this out in an area with abundant mosquitoes. I am extremely sensitive to fragrance and didn’t smell this at all. Made me wonder if anything was happening but it kept the mosquitoes at bay so they must have smelt it. I left this in for about an hour and it did use up a lot of the pad but I think it will work for another couple of hours before the pad has to be replaced. Excited to be able to sit on our balcony without being a meal for mosquitoes!

Performance seems promising so far
As mosquito season begins to kick in, I’ve started using this rechargeable Mosquito Repellent on my deck, and it's proving to be highly effective. The device creates a 20-foot mosquito protection zone, which has significantly reduced mosquito activity, allowing me to enjoy my outdoor space without the usual pest disruptions. The repellent includes several refills and features a rechargeable design, which is both convenient and environmentally friendly, as it eliminates the need for constant battery replacements. Its portable nature is perfect for moving around different areas of the patio or taking along on camping trips. While it’s still early in the mosquito season, the results have been very promising. I’m looking forward to seeing how it holds up as mosquito populations peak and will update this review after a more extensive period of use.If you're looking for an effective way to keep mosquitoes at bay outdoors without resorting to sprays or oils, this mosquito repellent is a reliable and easy-to-use solution that’s worth considering.

Surprisingly Works
I'm usually kind of wary about these types of products, but I'm always on the search for mosquito repellents that I don't have to spray all over me and then later have to wash off. I like How small it is and easy it is to use. The machine is rechargeable and it comes with several repellent pads, but they're not easy to remove and you need to purchase more after you run out. I do have to say it works though because I had it outside with my husband as he was doing a crawfish boil and he didn't get bit one time and he usually gets bitten all of the time even when there's other people there. I was very impressed. I don't know what the radius is and if it'll actually cover 20 ft, but I'm fascinated to see how it'll do when we go camping next month.

Effective...Within A Certain Distance
In the box are the repeller with lanyard, a charging cord, 12 repellent tabs and instructions.Charging from empty to full battery took me around 2 and a half hours. It charges with the included USB C cable. It's a solidly built unit, feels weighty enough and looks cool. This repeller is definately effective. It kept mosquitos MOSTLY off me. The smell it emits when in use wasn't overpowering to me. And not unpleasant. However it didn't cover the zone it says it does. I used it in the place I was sitting and it did fine. But much out of 10ft it wasn't effective for me.Also, I got around 3-4hrs out of each repellant tab. Not the 6hrs claimed. Refills are available through Simashts. The upside is the battery is rated for 4 hours, and I got that.Nitpick: As is seemingly customary these days, the included charging cable is short.I will use this repeller throughout the summer. Happily. Very happily. It will be great for get togethers, family reunions, fishing, boating...there are so many possibilities in which this little unit will be handy, and effective.
