I got this at a great deal, the product is the latest model and in excellent condition. The packaging and delivery were absolutely perfect.

I managed to grab the PS5 NBA Slim Disc Edition on a flash deal late at night for ₹43,992—a great price for the disc version, which usually costs 47K TO 49K or much more expensive. The Amazon delivery was a day late, but the main issue was the packaging; the original PS5 box was slightly damaged at the corners. Packaging Feedback (Minus One Star): This is a significant issue. Many other customers have also complained about poor packaging for expensive electronics. Amazon must take note of this widespread feedback and implement immediate changes. For high-value items, using better protective packaging like bubble wrap or a secondary, secure shipping box is non-negotiable to prevent damage during transit. Delivery & Unboxing Tip: Crucially, record a continuous video of the unboxing right in front of the delivery person. Check the external box in the video. Only share your delivery OTP after you have the package in hand and have verified the serial number on the console matches the box. Also, check for a yellow warranty service coupon. This is vital for security and India based warranty. Overall Experience: I'm very happy with our PS5. It's working perfectly as of now. The box seals were intact, and the warranty is valid. We also bought a controller charging dock and an extra black controller separately, which all work great with the console. Recommendation: Keep tracking prices using the Price History feature in the Amazon app. Timing your purchase can save you a lot of money! Great product, just be vigilant during delivery.

Love the product. I am in my late 20s but still that hart bit for ps5 as part of childhood dream. I feel a sense of accomplishment after buying with own money. As part of features it ia best console till date. No much heating i feel. As i get to know it is better to place the ps5 horizontal due to liquid cooling. (No idea if is crt or myth 😄). Love to play games till now with ultimate performance.
