Good Adhesion
You get enough tape to cover a full and loveseat couch. I wanted it to adhere the back sofa cushions in place. The adhesion for the back of the couch is very good, the backing needs a pretty good pull to peel off which speaks to the strength of the tape. The backing is also very strong and sticks to itself well. The tape is holding my cushions in place, however I noticed that one of the cushions is starting to get a little loose. Otherwise, so far so good.

A Must Have Staple in Your Tool Box
How do you hang a picture frame on 100-year-old plaster walls? With hook and loop tape. How do you mount a TV remote on the inside of a cupboard door out of the reach of children? With hook and loop tape. How do you stick the garage door opener next to the kitchen door so you don't lose it? You guessed it - with hook and loop tape! I don't know how I managed before I kept the stuff around. The trick to having success with it is to ALWAYS clean the surface first with rubbing alcohol. Do not skip this step! If you do, you will be unsatisfied. The sticky part of hook and loop tape won't stick well to a dirty surface. Next, press really hard when you apply it, to get out air pockets and make sure you have good contact. After that, you're good to go.In the photo, I've used hook and loop tape to hang wall decorations to either side of my front door. Last Christmas I just hung the Merry Christmas banners on picture hooks. The wind blew them down. I tried anchoring the bottom of the banners with weights (canned soup) but the wind was too strong. When I switched to hook and loop tape, I didn't have any more problems. Now I have several wall banners - Christmas, Halloween, Birthday, and Mother's Day. I know more are coming available all the time. I haven't yet ordered St. Patrick's Day or the Fourth of July.Hook and Loop tape is less successful in areas where children play. My grandsons have fabric "tents" that attach to the bed frame of bunk beds to create a little enclosure. They are always pulling down not just the curtain, but the loop tape as well. I'm not sure how to fix that. I might need to add some wood staples to keep the loop part of the tape attached. I don't want to just staple the fabric to the bed frame, though. The fabric would tear when they play so rough. Coming down isn't as big a nuisance as shredding the fabric would be.This was very useful hook and loop tape. The price is about average. I felt this was a good deal. If I had anything to change, I would suggest keeping hook and loop tape in two or more colors. I got black, but there are times that white would have been preferred.
