I've burned through several susnshades through the years on my Rubicon JK, but this Alien Sunshade is by far the best. Super high quality, perfect fit (custom for my year range), and great instructional videos via QR codes as part of the instruction card. Much better fit than any of my other three, easy to install, and best of all they stay tight and look great whether I have the opp back or not. My last one sagged when I dosconnected the the two bungees from the convertible top attachment rings. The Alien stays nice and tight and looks great.

Order/delivery: No Issues. This product was delivered with no issues. all parts were accounted for in the manufacturers packing (including the little green Alien).Installation: The installation of the front sunshade took approximately 20 minutes. This would have been significantly reduced had I removed the full hard top prior to installation. The sunshade came with a QR code link to an installation video which clearly explained how to install with no issues. There can be a small learning curve for the types of bungee straps used. Installation would be much easier with full top off and an extra set of hands, but neither are necessary. I simply paused the video prior to beginning of the following step without any difficulty.Fitment: The front sunshade as described on the website and in photos online with no major gaps on any one side.Quality. The bungee straps held together with no issue. The screen and grommets remained intact after full load from all bungees was placed on the sunshade. I performed a test drive up to about 50 mph to ensure the sunshade would not flap in the wind. The shade was taught all the way around with no vibration or flapping noted.Overall: This appears to be a quality product. I had no issues with installation or first use. I would recommend rolling down all windows prior to start, because if the bungee slips it COULD have enough force to break the door glass.

This product worked great and wasn’t bad to install, especially if you follow their instructions and let it warm up in the sun prior to installation. The instructions they include make it easy to see which rope to use where. They say it can stay on all the time. The front one is a pain with that as you have to move the front connectors around and then get under the shade to close all the panels. I ended up removing the front shade for now. I’ll reattach when I plan on having the top off for a while.

Read a few reviews on fitment and complications of installation, and instructions.... but decided to order based on the other reviews. I always screw something up but this is easy for me and my 2016 Wrangler. Instructions were clear, read the cards and follow them. The cards have a picture for sequence of attaching the bungees along with the written instructions. Some YouTube videos are a little confusing but check them also and just follow the instruction card. You'll be happy. Set the shade in the sun for a half hour so it will stretch a little easier. Don't worry. If I can do it, then anyone can do it. The two front corners of the FRONT shade are not as tight as the rest but it is not an issue

I never give a review after a couple days or weeks. Here is my review after two full seasons of use:I love this product. I have the American flag on mine, and with constant summer sun beating down on it for the last two years, there is no recognizable fading. Also, the product is still going strong without any fraying of the hems or weakening of the eyeholes. The bungee cords have retained their elasticity and the cinched pieces that bind the cords are still perfect.As for functionality, it works great. It allows sun to come through, but not cause sunburn. It is quiet when driving down the road too. Really could not be more impressed.The only reason why it doesn't get a full 5 stars is that one of the bungee cords broke from the metal cinch as I was installing and came back and whipped me something fierce. It left a pretty wicked red mark on my chest, but maybe I shouldn't have been installing it with my shirt off in the summer sun. I fixed the bungee by tying a knot inside the plastic ball instead of replacing the metal cinch. My only advice is the benefit to this fitting so snug on your roof and performing great comes at the cost of being careful in installing.

Great quality and works well.Installation was a bit difficult. The top itself I feel is about 2" too small all the way around. Making some of the bungees too tight to stretch to, but using the next size up were too loose. The gap all the way around lets in too much sun and now I have a strange stripe of a sunburn lol.Another dislike is that because bungees are used it sits in the middle of the roll-bar taking away a lot of headroom compared to having the top on. At least 3" my husband's head is hitting it. I had to make modifications so he had more headroom. This could be fixed by extending it larger, it would fill the gaps and sit on the top of the roll-bar. And using straps instead of bungee with balls (which also hit my husband's head)I'll be making some modifications myself.

I bought this product for my wife's 2018 Jeep Wrangler. When we bought her Jeep used, the previous owner had a full cover, that sagged in the back and drove my wife crazy! After hearing the BXXXING day in and day out, I bought this product for her 11 year anniversary. I must say, they claim the bungee cords are 4 times stronger. They better last 20 years or someone's eye is getting poked out, because they are a TIGHT FIT!Update as of September 2nd. After buying my wife's 2 peace for her Jeep in black, I bought a red one peace for my Jeep. DON'T BUY THE ONE PEACE!!! The red one only came in the one peace. It SUCKS! I'll sell it at yard sell, and I'm ordering another 2 peace in black for my Jeep!
