You have to keep one week to ready for eat.
We waited for 3 days as the mango is still unriped and I claimed refund and I received money back and later after one week it got ready to eat and yummy taste.

Ripe and delicious
I ordered only 1 kg because of the negative reviews, but apparently they have improved their service and started choosing good mangos for delivery. I usually prefer to buy my fruit from the grocery store not online, so thank you for a pleasant surprise. (If you get green mangos try leaving them in a cardboard carton for a couple of days in the kitchen, not the refrigerator).
