I bought this product two numbers in 1st Feb 2020 and installed then in my two baloneys for switching on & off my grow light for my bonsais. Since then it has been doing the function regularly without any problem. However, a few days back one timer developed a problem that the clock was running very slow. I took up with the supplier and the response was immediate in few minutes came the reply both on amazon and email. Then as battery was the probable cause I opened and told the supplier that it is fixed one and wanted to know where I can buy. They offered for sending it by currier only for the currier charges and a small amount for four battery. All these happened in about 5 days I got the battery installed and it is back in operation.My salute to the customer care they have and appreciate the response. Wish them all the best and wish they keep up the same trend.

Compare to some other timers this timer shows "clocks time accuracy" alongwith quality. Highly recommended.

I bought this unit on 15th November 2023. Since one month you have to hit the unit to make it work. They must have used a cheap relay to maximize profit. I wrote to the email adress to find out about warranty and the silence is deafening. Do not waste money.

Purchased it to controll my exterior lights, working good, easy installation, works with heavy load, sit with my DB panel easily
