Love my Puckipuppy Ebike!!! Fast delivery, after watching assembly video I had it together in 35 min..Accessories a plus, and the brake light I love..This bike glides...Took it to beach n drove thru sand no problem, and up most dunes without a problem..Tires do their job...bike rides faster than I expected..Battery life very impressive..Seat is very padded and adjustable which I got perfectly for great comfortability. This bike is a winner. Thank you Puckipuppy for my new toy! I'm a big kid now...5 star all the way!!!!

The bike was easy to assemble. Everything was ready to go right out of the box (smooth shifting , brakes and all electrical ). I am very impressed with the quality build of this bike and am very happy with it. Things I like best: Brake light/running light work well from both front/rear brakes. Controls easy to adjust while riding, accessory box was a nice addition.

This bike has everything you need! I have finally taken this for a full day w/ rocky terrain, some mud and grass/weeds and this bike did NOT disappoint! The battery lasts a long time, the power of the peddle assist is great! The quality of this bike is perfection! This comes w/ quite a few perks, rear view mirrors, the basket is functional for front or rear use, cell phone holder, water bottle holder and the seat and handlebars are positioned well and comfortable! I am very happy with this purchase!

I don't hardly have anything bad to say for this bike. But, the one thing I can recommend is to replace the seat with a nice wide soft seat. We did and what a difference it made in comfort. Aside from that, all the gadgets you might want to add to the handlebar will quickly fill up the space. This bike rips. Has great range. And, is great for us older folks who need the motor to enjoy rides like we did as kids. Well built and I love the fat tires.

I dont typically write reviews but I have been researching e bikes for a while. I just couldn't find what I wanted for the money I was willing to spend. Then I found the Puckipuppy, and it had everything I was looking for. It was delivered within a couple days by Fedex. It came with all the tools you will need to assemble the bike. That impressed me. It was so easy to put together. Handlebar, seat and front wheel. Ohyeah and the pedals. I charged the battery for a few hours then hit the road. Obviously the bike is a bit heavy with the battery and rear hub but I got comfortable with it fairly quickly. Thing thing has really good torque and cruising speed. Battery life is better than I thought. I took a couple 10 mile rides and its at half battery with a mix of terrain. Even off road. Shifting is clean and it's geared to compensate for the extra weight in case you run battery down. I love this thing!

Too fast in the slowest speed. Overall, we are impressed with the quality of the two Puckipuppy bikes we have. But I never thought to ask, "how slow can you ride with assistance?" I wanted to use the bikes to take the dogs for a walk, but they have to run to keep up with me. I exhausted all my efforts to get help with this problem from Puckipuppy. No help. Just preponderance of the same information. It runs 11 to 12 MPH in the lowest speed. That's way too fast when your trying to relax and ride trails and along walkways. We get a lot of bad looks from people who think we're flying around them like we're in a hurry. Just the opposite is true, but unless you shut the bike off, that's the speed you go. No help from the support team at Puckipuppy.

I could not be happier with my bike! I got It so I could hit the dirt trails with my son and it has been awesome! I can totally keep up with him and go through all the terrain with ease. The speed and suspension are perfect. Sometimes I still can’t believe the price for this bike in comparison with others I looked at. Highly recommend!

I bought one of these bikes about a year ago and loved it bought one for my husband recently, and we haven’t stopped… We bought a rack for the back of our car and everywhere we go we take them… We see so much more than we would, if we were in a car or walking and experience the outdoors a great deal more. We recently took it to Pismo Beach and took it on the beach. It was amazing… it’s a very sturdy well-made bike, and the customer service has been great as well. They pick up the phone when you call and they called to check and make sure that you’re happy with your purchase would definitely recommend.
