Nice pen, I might get more and give them to friends
I've just had this pen for a couple of days but so far I'm quite favorably impressed. I have both arthritis in my hand and fingers, as well as carpal tunnel syndrome, so writing is always a real chore for me. Most pens I have to hold very tightly to be able to control them and my hand both immediately hurts and tires very quickly when doing this. The Quill 66 pen has a good grip (the dark area on the pen) that is slightly fluted, making it easy to hold securely. Although it's diameter is not quite as large as I had hoped, it's large enough to make it easier to hold it in the correct position. The tip is fine enough that my crabbed writing doesn't run all together and the point moves very easily across the paper and leaves a very even line. I was actually surprised at how easily it writes, very little need to press down.. The opening and closing twisting action is firm and positive and it feels quite solid.Since I read the reviews before I bought it, I already knew ahead of time that the pen is very light, however I didn't realize how light the pen would be. It feels like it weighs almost nothing and I really would have liked it if it had some more mass to it. Having so little weight to it might well be a plus for some people because it seems to be quite nimble, especially considering how easily it glides over the paper.I took a star off because of how unexpectedly light it is and I have questions about it's long-term reliability because of that, though it's inexpensive enough to count as a disposable. It seems to be a good pen overall, especially for this price level. It also comes in a nice looking box and the pen itself is reasonably attractive.

Almost the best!
I ordered this pen based on reviews, and I agree with most of them. It writes smoothly but is very lightweight. My favorite pen, one that I can't find any longer, was the Papermate PHD pen. It was also refillable and had a wonderful grip, but felt more hefty. I will most likely buy a couple more of these, and refills, because it is better than other pens I've tried. The only major problem I see is that I can't find the refills available anywhere. Sad.

Looks & Writes Well, But Not Quite Top of the Line
I really like this Quill 66 pen. It writes smoothly and cleanly, feels comfortable in my hand, and looks great. I take a star off though because it feels a bit light and cheap. I'm not sure it will stand up to extended use and I wish it was a bit more hefty. Otherwise, I recommend it as a nicely designed entry-level fine writing instrument.~ Kort

Gret pen
Love these pens. Can't find them in the stores anymore. Great for those with arthritis! Grip is soft and they are refillable.

So Satisfied I Bought Several More for Gifting
This is an excellent item; both for personal use and as a gift. The pen (I've purchased Satin Silver and Satin Blue) is a very attractive pen and has a terrific "hand feel" as you use it.

Nice Gift for Team
I ordered several Quill pens as gifts for my team. They were deliverd on time and came in a nice box that made them a nice gift. For the price it was well worth it and my team really appreciated it. The only reason I didn't rate this with 5 stars was because I didn't use any of them myself,
