I bought these sandals because I was having an operation on my big toe and needed something comfortable to wear afterwards. These sandals fit the bill completely. They have a memory foam insole and a good walking sole, making them very comfortable, and adjustable straps across the top of my foot and ankle. They're not a fashion statement but are very practical and I would recommend them.
