As soon as I used it on my neck it worked and felt better than anything else I have ever tried before, a must have!

Easy to transport, great for getting into tight muscles.

For me it works as a back massager quite well. I stand by a wall, stick it in place, than go up and down, rolling as I go. It's fine for pressure points too. I tried it as a do-it-yourself reflexology gadget by standing on it - not bad; it seemed to make me feel better. But heck, I was making it up as I went along. I do not know which bit of my foot is concerned with which bit of my body. And I know I never shall. Still, I got some benefit. I think. Maybe it was all placebo.

Seems fine but came with no instructions at all. Just the ball in a little card box, telling you what it can provide relief from but not telling you how to use it or how to heat it. So microwaving it will be complete guesswork, which seems to risk overheating it. Could have got an ordinary non-heatable one for much less.

I bought the regular sized ball recently and loved it so much that I had to get the mini to reach those knots in my upper back with precision and it works like a charm! I love that all these products can be warmed up in a pot of boiling water. Do not microwave this one. Boil it in a pot for 10min only! I love to use these products in bed at night to help loosen all my tight knots I have literally everywhere. I suffer from daily chronic headache for 2 years now due to loss of curve in my neck which in turn doesn't allow my muscles to move as they should so they're ALWAYS tight and this little ball of awesome fits perfectly under the base of my skull on the sides where my restricted muscles are and provides some relief. I'm going to have to order another one of these along with all of Dr. Cohen's other products. Love it.
