It did work, could tell after the first hour.
At first it was a little tight ( it was new and first time wearing it of course it was tight), but after wearing it for the hour like instructions say I could tell it was working. I felt taller and straighter, shoulders didn't hurt. The next times I wore it, it was comfortable and even pulled it snugger.

Waist around waist is cheaply made, plus overlap should’ve 4 inches longer for better adherence.
Theisback brace is ok, but the Velcro part around the waist is to short , plus the closure under the Velcro is not good, cheap , very stiff.
