I wish the part that attaches to the potentially lost items were smaller, so they'd fit on more compact objects like my wallet and little notebook, but I lose things easily and often, and this finds them quickly. The button colors were appropriate (green = go = keys) and (orange = my Fire is in an orange folder), etc. So I no longer lose those. But there's no way to attach the responder piece to my wallet and still have it go where it needs to go.Smaller remote elements would be much more useful for those other things I lose so often, but for bigger things, like my keys, Kindle Fire, and others, this lets me find them quickly and easily. Till the batteries die.It's already saved me hours of hunting and not finding.Then the batteries died, and I realized what I really needed was more power (longer battery life or rechargeables) and smaller gizmos to hang on too-easiily lost objects.

So these worked great at first, but when the batteries died i replaced them and that’s when the issues started. So I’m not sure if i didn’t install them right or I’m missing something but now it’s really random to get the remote to work with the key fob’s. I’ve gone back and replaced the batteries multiple times and they work sometimes when they want. The range seems to be really short and i have to press the button on the remote multiple times for it to pick up the fob. Ive also noticed that if i drop my keys the battery tends to pop out of place from the key fob and that’s what i can only assume is causing the issues most of the time. Was great product at first, might just be me not getting the right batteries or installing them right . I’m not sure but i doubt that. In all they where a great product at first, now just decent.

I just got this and I am so impressed for the price that it actually works as stated and is as simple as reading a box cake recipe to put together.At the moment I have two attached to my car keys another to my TV remote and another to my extra set of glasses that I generally keep in my purse. The discs are too big to attach to my glasses but great to attach to the CASE of the spare pair.Please note it does not come with the two Triple-A batteries for the main remote.I haven't checked out the distances yet but let's face it most of the time we lose the TV remote it has usually just fallen behind or under something pretty much right under our nose.The only thing negative is that the two-sided tape and rings are of poor quality and so plan on getting other rings and stronger two sided Tape 2 secure them better.One doesn't have to have any Tech skills to use ... suitable for a two-year-old or your 90 year old grandma!Just match the colors!

These have been a lifesaving gift for my fiancee. I got him this for Christmas because he is ALWAYS losing EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING but it drives me the most crazy when he's making a bunch of noise at 4am because he can't find his keys and when he misplaced the remote and I'm home with my daughter and can't watch the TV! Nice of this has been a problem since he got these. It comes with 5 different fobs that are color codes and a type of remote that has a button for each colored fob. He put one on his house keys, work keys, the remote control and I put one on my keys just in case I ever do misplace them. It comes with 5 Lithium batteries that you don't put in a fob jotted your using it so you don't waste battery life and the remote takes 2or3 AAA batteries (not uncluded) This device is used at least twice a day and we haven't had a single problem with it. When you want to find something, you just press the color on the remote that coincides with the fobs you'll instantly start hearing the beeping... Even if it's 3 rooms over.. It goes through walls and is loud enough to be heard. They even have a little LED light on them in case your searching in the dark to make it easy to spot. He absolutely LOVES this... It saves him more time than should be humanly possible and I love it because I'm not constantly irritated by having to look for something he lost again!

It works alright, but I feel like you have to be within 10 feet to set off the alarm. Not a big deal. What bothered me is that the batteries started dying within a week of having them in and barely ever using the alarm. I think the batteries were shipped half dead.

My husband was constantly asking me, “Have you seen my......car keys,.......glasses,.......t.v. remote,....etc.”. So I got him this for Christmas and the absent-mindedness isn’t a problem anymore. We keep the remote control in a stationary place (so he’ll always be able to find it) and he uses it to find lost items. Best gift he’s gotten in years!

I dislike there was only 2- 2032 batteries so have to find & buy more to see if all are working. The receivers are hard to open, the tool unhelpful, I used a very small screwdriver to put the one battery in. The key rings are too small, and will be the first to break. I like the color coded finder to the remotes. I prefer the "keyfinder" no longer available. Wonder how long it will last?

I'm almost 70 years old and still ADHD. My keys have a way of hiding in the strangest places in my 3000 square foot house. I can call them and even offer them a shiny new key chain if they come to me, but they still don't come. This product let's me find them so I can wrangle them into my pocket and head out in my car. Great product!
