Monk: Season 7

Who doesn’t love a good show without rated R violence. Our whole family liked sharing movie night with MONK.

Although at times, Monk's phobias can be irritating to watch, he always solves the case. The comedy intertwined within a murder mystery is what made this [show] a masterpiece. Season 7 is no exception.I missed the original airing, and became hooked during re-runs. A nice touch of seriousness is the dedicated man to the wife he lost. Comedy, mystery and love are what makes this a classic. Fun to watch over and over again.

Stuck at home with a bad cold over the weekend with Christmas parties happening all over the town. I did the next best thing... downloaded the season 7 Monk and had a great time.The shows were full of best acting I have seen in a while. I loved the writing and the depth of what is being done by the writers. Great job guys!I dont have a TV or cable so this is the only way besides buying the DVD (which is NOT out yet) to see the Monk Shows.Glad my shows are stored and I was able to watch them again. Thank you for turning the bad evening into a good one! I watched the shows over again into the whole weekend!

Adrian Monk, the defective detective returned for the next to last season. The sum of the whole is greater than any individual part.Tony Shalhoub nails the part and might forever be identified with it. This series has a timeless quality to it. It is truly story driven. The sets, while great, really don't identify any period in time. There is little emphasis on cars or technology, so the stories will stand on their own in 20 years without looking 25 years old.I rank MONK in my all time 5 greatest TV series of all time. It's that special.

Another fun to watch season of Monk. We make a family time out of having a meal, a talk, and an occasional episode of this series. It's an easy to watch comedy show whose plot involves the solution of a crime, and whose theme is about relationships. The series helps me laugh at myself. For me it's a must have.BTW, While the review is about the product, I'll just comment about Amazon ... Our preorder price was higher than the lowest posted price before release. Amazon AUTOMATICALLY (that's without our request) refunded the difference between our order price and the lowest listed price. One more reason I like dealing with Amazon.com.

I love this series and had to have it! Each season has it's duds, but overall, a great series. It arrived on time, as described by Amazon & manufacturer, the packaging was undamaged, and the product itself was unmolested and made with quality materials.Buy it!

I don't think I can say it better than what others have said. Monk is simply one of the best television shows on. I must say they did show a darker side of Mr. Monk in this season. The way he treated Natalie on the show when he got shot was suprisingly insensitive for a guy whose character is based on a man unable to let go of his dead wife. One of the reasons that I love his character is that loving devotion to his wife. Otherwise this is another good season of the show. Like the seasons before, I am looking forward to adding this to my home library.

I'm an addict. most days i hope there's nothing on the tube so i can pop in a dvd and watch Monk punish himself. The writing is excellent, the characters blend and it crax me up! And then at the end of many of the episodes...i get blind-sided (even though I've seen it already) by something that rips my heart up. I've given up on most sitcoms these days, i wish there was something out there right now that had even half the wit and imagination.

i am a fan and unfortunately here in west australiawe stopped at i think series 5. so i am happy that series 7 was available.i enjoy his Columbo style and the star has hang ups. i only wish theseries continued here.ted turner

Monk is the character my grandchildren, 9 and 15, like to sit and watch when we relax together. The character is captivating and each of the main players 'fit' so well.

Monk is my favourite TV show. Monk has got better and better with every season but I really love season 7 as there is so many great episodes and a lot of great guest stars.
