Very happy with the purchase, instantly connected to the USB reciever and requires no software/driver installation, feels comfortable to hold and to be honest, its better than the wired official Xbox controller I was using before, excellent value for money compared to the more expensive equivalents out there, battery life seems good so far (they dont come included, needs 2x AA batteries).Im using it for PC, however I wouldn't foresee any issues arising if purchasing for console.Highly recommended.

I have been using it to play farming simulator 19 and it is doing well, I had to reset the controls in the game but no biggie, the controller itself feels good and well built and it isn't exactly light but not ridiculously heavy either, it is a good weight and suggests its well built with good quality parts, I can not say what the battery life is like as I have only had it for a few days, the only reason this is a 4 star review and not a 5 star review is the receiver you plug into the laptop feels cheap and I am worried that if I'm not careful it might break when I plug it in or unplug it, but all in all I am happy with my purchase and for 17 quid you cant go wrong, it isn't the highest quality product but if you want a very high quality product then you have to spend more money, I am very happy I spent 17 quid on this it is a good controller and in red looks snazzy, I cannot say for any other colours, but if you are looking for a good controller for your laptop or desktop and don't want to spend to much money then this is the one for you

I'm usually a keyboard and mouse PC gamer, however, one game that I had (Nier Automata) definitely required a gamepad.I got this to replace an old wingman that did not work on W10. I'ts great, easily programmed to game functions and well laid out.My only complaint - and for me this would apply to the majority of gamepads - is its size. Its too narrow between the handholds and they could also be a bit longer. However, after adapting my resting position it's fine.

Good sturdy construction and jst the right firmness to the sticks and buttons. Easily connected to the PC and laptop both running windows 10. Had no problem using it on a variety of games.Totally recommend.

I don't know why some people say that these controllers are just as good as official ones; they are not.While they are well designed, analogue stick resistance is way off. This essentially makes them a poor choice for games where precision is required. For example, FPS and racing games. I've been using it on GTA Online, and it is a nightmare.On top of this, the back button feels like it is almost directly underneath the left analogue stick. This gets in the way when performing time-sensitive actions. On GTA Online, for example, the back button is used to access the player menu that contains access to health and armour. Trying to access this menu while driving will make your car go all over the place.It's a shame because I really like this controller. It's a good weight, feels nice in hand and looks fantastic. If the actual design and layout had the same attention as the aesthetics, it would be perfect.I also missed that it is battery-operated. The manual states 20 hours of play with a vibrating game, but that's not even a week for me. So it's going to cost me £20 per month to even use it.Great for the casual gamer, but I don't recommend it for more serious sessions.

As this particular model is battery based, I have made use of a rechargeable third party battery I used for my 360 controllers, which has worked perfectly for this controller. Users should see if they can acquire such a battery pack, otherwise the battery consumption will be expensive.The plastic shell of the controller for the model I received has a slightly elevated, jagged edge on the right hand side, which makes the controller uncomfortable to encompass with the whole hand. I may attempt to file the edge down, but it is a factory error that should not have been present on the final product.Otherwise this EasySMX controller has impressed me with the quality of its button, which feel comfortable in a way not many third party controllers manage, and its analogue sticks are perfectly precise. I use the controller at only a short distance from its blue tooth dongle, so I cannot vouch for its signal strength. Sufficed to say despite my minor issues this controller is perfectly sufficient for its price point for use on PC.
