Chappies Bubblegum Assorted Fruit South African

I am so excited that I purchased the chappies bubble gum!My husband is from South Africa and I often heard him speak about this gum, and when I was online searching for alternatives to the chemical laden sugar-free gums. I was so excited to find this!These small pieces are a little less than what the standard used to be in the USA when I was a kid, but in chewing two of them it's equal to about a piece of standard bubble gum, either bubblicious or bubble Yum from back in the day .The fact that there is real sugar in these and there's not phenyl ketones , which is good because there are chemicals in everything that we eat nowadays .I think if adults or kids are going to have a treat they shouldn't have to worry about having phenylalanine inside of it affecting their health down the road .I give this five stars, it's a big bag that's full of flavor and nostalgia all in one!

Bought this for my boss for her birthday. She is from South Africa and talked about this gum and the cute tidbits of information on the paper. We enjoyed the gum and ready facts off every day! Would buy again!

The chappies are way past their sell by date. Ordered them a few days ago. Got delivered on Saturday. Opened 1 and it was rock hard and stale, looked at the expiration date and it was BB October 2024. Will be returning.

I love this product. It's exactly the same as what we buy in SA.

The wrapping is stuck to every piece of gum I am unwrapping!!! I am unable to read anything inside the wrapper. I am sorry I bought this!

They are old,I threw them away immediately.

A bit overpriced but if you miss home it helps. Don’t hold flavor that long but you can try for yourself .
