AUMEL 52mm Big Bore Top Cylinder End Kit for Husqvarna 362 365 371 371XP 372 372XP Chainsaw

The media could not be loaded. I put this on a farmmac 372 I purchased from Amazon as a little experiment. It went in perfectly! The inside of the cylinder looked pretty good! I didn’t find any burs or rough edges in the ports or anything, so I threw it on as it was. Put a decompression plug in it, oiled it up a bit, and she runs great! I’ve put this thing through it for about 2 weeks straight of daily use. Running somewhere between 4-6 tanks a day. Not bad! Will edit review with pictures! Had to trim off some of the top cover to make room for the ignition coil, but it’s great! More power, better low end power too! Great little kit! Might buy another one to port if I can get my metal work down pat!Update: it seems like it’s got better??? I don’t know, but I’ve been cutting with this kit in the saw and it was strong but it seems like it’s gotten stronger! I’m loving it, so much so I posting a video of it cutting! This is some fairly hard, charred outside, sycamore. Not bad at all! Enjoy!

Perfect just as described

Was not able to remove piston from cylinder with out micro-grinding to clean the damaged thin wall at base of cylinder. Damaged was done at factory when packing into box. Quality control is extremely low for this company. Cylinder head is full of small pits within dome top. Bad casting quality. Material hardness is disappointing after working with material. And after checking piston to cylinder clearance, found cylinder diameter over sized by .002 from normal clearance of air cooled 2 cycle standards. Built in Piston slap upon installation before any use.Will not be installing this kit in my saw.Due to having to grind out piston, not going to request return. Lesson learned here.

Cleaned up the cylinder casting here and there, did a little intake and exhaust polishing. Fully lubed everything assembled it, and it started on the second pull. So far I have no complaints. I'd say it's quality is pretty good for an after market big bore kit.
