Be prepared to chase it down with something
I bought this for my husband who wanted to try this, it seems to work but the powder as described by said husband “tastes awful” and would probably be better in a capsule. But does take it but chases it down with a strong tea or something with a strong taste. Otherwise I hear gagging and such from the other room lol
