Water leakage when Mist/Fogger is Off
The media could not be loaded. Gradually water is coming out of all the Mist points when the Mist is Off. Seems there is a water leakage and water tank is not air proof at mist points.1.Water coming out when tank is filled and device is not in used.2.Water coming out from mist points (all or some) which are not in use when fan is ON.Device is suitable for one person. One can use it in kitchen or on desk while working.I think Rs1000 is reasonable price for this small device. Not worthy for 1500/-, You can get a good ceiling fan at this price that blow air to whole room.*******UPDATE*******Today I received a replacement of product and now I'm changing start rating from 2 to 1. Replaced one is a used product. No original box, no manual.When I used original wire received with it, the product just not working properly. It gets turned OFF if I use all fogger and increase fan speed. With Original wire seems Power malfunctioning happens. Then I tried my wire and this time fan speed increased but sider fogger are not working. And yes, same water leakage issue with this as well, Tank is full and fogger is OFF, water is gradually coming out from fogger points.Really bad experience this time😔

Had to return the first one as it came broken.
It works fabulously, had been a life saver in many different situations, worth the price, in my case the first one I recived was broken but black in colour, and the replacement was white in colour, prefer black over white as it causes less lighting up of the room... Also in my case only 3 of the 5 vents throw mist, but I'm satisfied with that. It was getting warmer back then so I didn't liked to wait for a replacement and in worst case scenario getting a broken replacement seemed too much of a risk. An AC would have been a thousand times better at times, but an AC won't work on powerbank like this does.

Bad product
Build quality is good but airflow is low so not value for money . In market you can get small fans around 600 with 100x times better air flow. This product is like a toy ...you can only play with that .. there is no another use.

It cools well, but the product does not run in battery.
When, I saw the rating of this product I was in dilemma whether to buy it. But after buying this product I feel it was not a wrong decision. First impression is really good(My opinion may change in the long run though depending on its service).Let me be very clear about something. This is a small air cooler. The mist is really cool (both in style and temperature), the size of the product and rpm is bit small and low respectively. But it serves the purpose of cooling you...... The seller lies about inbuilt battery though. It only runs with electricity. But you can use power banks, laptops, computers.... Through usb port. 4 stars because only reason is it cannot run with battery...

Looked promising. But failed to impress. Not ideal even in an Air-conditioned room.
The seller first sent a defective product. With panel of motor hanging loose. Waited for replacement. Got disappointed when firstly the product was sent with different color. My original order was for black colored product, instead in replacement I was sent white colored product.Secondly, the replaced product again had a loose white panel adjacent to the fan motor.And finally the flow of air was so low, you literally will have to keep your face next to it. Even from a bedside table, I couldn't feel the cool breeze.Ultimately I asked for refund, which was timely made by the Amazon team.

10 months later I still love it
Thus was worth the price I paid.Conceptually it is very smart and the finishing also is excellent.The mist should have been more powerful ideally. I have to stay very close to it to feel the mist on me. So it's more of a personal fan than something that can be used to cool a group.Also, it would have been nice if there was inbuilt battery so I didn't have to carry a power bank for it. But I suppose that would make it a bit heavy and also push the price up.The beautiful lights were a pleasant surprise.And the best thing is that 10 months later it's still working fine.

Price not justify the product
The media could not be loaded. I received the cooling fan today and i assumed when you on only fan the fan speed is fine but whenever i start fan and all 5 speed water spray together the fan speed is little bit slow you will be noticed of fan speed sound so i think this product not justify the price and also they have not give USB cable but this is not issue becauseI have my headphone cable.
