Short and sweet, this is a quality, heavy duty, powerful scooter. It flies with me on it (I'm 200 lbs). Great suspension, great brakes, great tires, and great motor and battery. I have not found a downside yet, maybe the headlight could be a little brighter, but that's an easy upgrade.

I love this scooter great shock absorbers and it has Cruise control which is helpful for 71 years old hands. The battery last a long time and it goes 28mph plus it has blinkers which I think people see it's on the ends of the handlebars. Great scooter I'm enjoying it a lot to bad weather is getting cold. But I got fur pants lol

28 Mph is not true. Using 6 month, 17 Mph is my maximum for all time. But quality is not bad. 2 times repaired rear tyre - it is pain

Compre este scooter porque contaba con especificaciones que yo necesitaba, uno era la velocidad de 27mph, donde efectivamente si llega a recorrer dicha velocidad, sin embargo luego de 10 min de recorrido sale un indicador de sobrecalentamiento, y el scooter baja la velocidad drásticamente, me comunique con el customer service y amablemente me ofrecieron el cambio por otro scooter (cabe destacar que tuve que pagar por el envío al proveedor 140$), llego mi otro scooter, lo probé y sigue presentando la misma falla, solicite el reembolso y nuevamente ellos me platean otra opción y me dicen que sus ingenieros arreglaron el problema del sobre calentamiento con un controlador y que si aceptaba y les dije ok con la condición de que el vendedor asuma la devolución en caso de que no me funcionara y me den una etiqueta prepagada y ellos me dijeron esta bien. Pase más o menos una semana esperando el scooter y me enviaron un número de guía para yo rastrear el paquete, finalmente llega un paquete con un aparato electrónico y de inmediato me comunique con atención al cliente y ellos me dicen que ese es el controlador, y yo obviamente jamás me imagine que ellos me enviarían un aparato electrónico para yo arreglarlo , cuando yo pague por un scooter listo para usar, insólito! luego me dicen que iban a pagar por la reparación y honestamente me pareció una burla y una falta de respeto con el cliente, cuando ellos si tenían alguna solución debieron arreglarlo ellos, no el cliente. Cabe destacar que ese era mi medio de transporte y pase aproximadamente un mes sin scooter gracias a las incongruencias de este vendedor. De inmediato solicité mi reembolso y me dicen que me puedo quedar con la scooter y les dije no me voy a quedar con una scooter que no me funciona, cabe destacar la scooter “nunca llego a mi dirección” solo me enviaron el aparato electrónico.De verdad fue muy irresponsable en jugar con el tiempo puesto que era una necesidad de tener donde movilizarme y perdí dinero ya que pague más de lo que me costó el scooter por el envío que hice la primera vez.Honestamente no recomiendo la compra de este scooter ni al proveedor.

Having previously purchased two scooters from another company, I can confidently assert that the iScooter stands out as a true gem in its category.My first scooter was intended as a gift for a friend's child, so I didn't delve too deeply into its specifics. The second from another company, however, was a major disappointment. Purchased for my daily commute spanning 3.5 miles each way between the train station and my workplace, it barely managed a round trip on a single charge, leaving me with less than 50% battery capacity - hardly sufficient for the next day's journey. Daily charging became an inconvenient necessity.Enter the iScooter, a game-changer in every sense. This marvel not only astonished me with its extended battery life - allowing me to go three days between charges on a full battery - but also significantly outpaced my previous scooter models. What's more, its shock absorption feature adds an extra layer of comfort to my rides.All in all, this is an excellent scooter. Highly recommended!

One of the shocks unscrewed while my son was out riding it. I informed the company and not one, but several representatives contacted me. They were all eager to remedy the situation. This company takes customer service to another level. I could not be Happier with the resolution. They sent a replacement shock because when I had it fixed it was a little scratched and they wanted better. A Great Company to deal with. The scooter itself is wonderful, I did a lot of research and I am very pleased with this purchase.
