If you're looking for an easy way to modernize your space, try changing the light fixtures! This one can be a game-changer!It's very lightweight, has clean lines and definitely adds a more modern look to the room with a low cost and easy installation.I just unscrewed my old light fixture and disconnected the wires.I then connected the wires for the new light and affixed the new casing. The screws for the box on the outside are pretty small and short, so if you have big hands, it may be difficult. There is not much margin for lining it up and screwing it in. The room above or below may allow you to use a short Phillip's head screwdriver after you line it up.2 caveatsI used this in a bathroom that gets lots of natural light, but, if you need more light, this isn't the one, it is not very bright.Make sure your casing is straight or you will have a hard time getting this light to be level.

This was just what I was looking for. It was easy to install, the size was great. It looked just like I wanted. I used it updating the bathroom in my rental house. My only complaint is that it is not very bright.

Very dim light. No way this is 1400 lumens, more like <800. Used it for above a bathroom sink and it barely illuminates the very small room.

Love the light fixture, we put it in our bathroom and it is simple but elegant. Lights the whole room brightly, 4 x 8 bathroom. Unfortunately the piece that covers the bulbs is peeling away…not sure what we can do to fix that problem.
