Helmet Cover for AirFrame and Similar Combat Helmets (Camo)

I purchased this helmet cover to avoid damaging or wearing down the multicam finish on my ballistic Airframe. When I got it, it came with Velcro adhesive patches to stick on the helmet to help Velcro the helmet cover on. Unfortunately, those Velcro patches came either melted together, or not adhesive at all, so I used my own. The helmet cover itself surprised me because it could fit a ballistic model Airframe and not just airsoft replicas. The fit is kind of tight, you have to fight it in some places to get it around the edges of the shell. There is a small amount of Velcro on the rear of the helmet cover, I’m assuming for your name or some kind of patch. I would suggest putting patches on the sides of the cover as well, as many units in militaries require information like blood type or roster number in those locations. The cover also came significantly more faded than the picture suggests. The camo due in the cover is incredibly light and contrasts heavily against my multicam finish. Otherwise, for the price, it’s nice.

Bought for an airframe. Supposed to fit, but clear it was for an opscor type helmet.

Works well enough, velcro goo melts and the strips comes off.

I use it on my ballistic ops core and it allows for breaching tape to be used where it would split for a Air Frame
