I ordered this and was skeptical if it would actually leave my room smelling good. I have many dogs so was hoping for the best.I've been pleasantly surprised by how great it works. It has a remote control that allows you to time it and to make the smell stronger. I also have an app on my phone for it.Great diffuser. Well worth the money.

This product works even better than I thought. This makes our home smell fresh and clean. The set up is quick and simple. My husband had just bought the smaller bottles of scents and surprising they last a good while. I would recommend trying the small combo bottles to find your right scent and then buy the big bottle. I highly recommend this product and I am now buying another one to go down stairs.

I recieved this, set it all up and the fragrance was wonderful. My favorite waterless oil worked great. But the machine stopped working in less than 12 hours. Won’t turn on, won’t respond to the app or the remote. Very frustrating.

The machine doesn’t work wonderful but for me I find it’s a little bit on the noisy side. I have others that were much more quieter. I tried everything. I really liked the machine, but it was a little bit. Noisy for me built solid clean very nice machine, but like I stated it’s just a little bit noisy for me. I’m looking for something that’s a lot more quieter. I just have to try it for yourself

update: the company reached out to me and sent a replacement. They further made quite clear that they will support their product during the warranty period. if you have gotten involved with one of the subscription aroma companies- ditch them, buy this and enjoy new dimension in home luxury. unlike many other brands this unit connects via bluetooth to their app and then you can regulate how often and for how long the scent is dispersed. I have mine set where it’s low during the day when no one is home, to about an hour before we typically get home and it increases the dispersion of aroma til after we go to bed when I put it back in a conservation mode. not only does our home smell great, we are not burning through aroma oil that we wouldn’t be here to enjoy. btw on saturday and sunday when we are are home more, the unit is programmed to disperse all day. the programable control, app interface, and large aroma resovior are all huge positives. I don’t know why the first unit stopped, but it really doesn’t matter when the company makes goes out of its way to provide customer satisfaction.original review: it worked great, until I realized one day after the return window closed that there was no smell in the house. there is still liquid in the bottle…but no smell in the air!I love the idea of an aroma diffuser, but am super disappointed by the equipment!

Purchased the Aromad 1200 sq ft model and did not function properly.I contacted their service department and they gave me several options to remedy the issue.After exhausting all of their suggestions and not solving the issue, Aromad sent me a new unit that works very well.i am happy to say, that their service was outstanding and will purchase items from them in the future.

Update: This company has refunded me and has been very responsive, so I’ve changed my review.It worked for about 2 months and then stopped responding to setting changes. It will just run continuously while plugged in despite what setting it’s on.

Works well when it does work but it will randomly shut off after a few days requiring you to reset it via remote or app. App is miserable so just stick to using the remote.It will by no means fill a house as implied by the 2800 sq ft claim. My house is 2500 sq ft and I would need at least 3 (maybe 4) to have the scent throughout the house. It will fill a room nicely and maybe an adjoining hall. For example I have a kitchen and living room on the same level separated by a 6 foot hall. If it’s in the kitchen, I will not smell it in the living room. The scent will dissipate maybe 3 feet into the hallway. Also if you have more than one story, you will minimally need one for each floor.The noise was a little off putting at first but now I’m used to it. It’s the equivalent of hearing an AC unit kick on.Overall it’s a nice diffuser, looks sleek and isn’t bulky but not worth the $150 paid as the performance is lack luster.Side Note: if you put it on the “2” setting, it’ll take a little over a month to get through the entire bottle if filled.
