Works as it should
Not sure how much you can review a guitar cable. The main benefit here is this braided meaning it will last longer than plastic coated cables. With a straight connector and right angle connector it means you prevent accidental pulling when playing.Does it work - YESDo the terminal connectors fit snug to your amp and guitar - YESAny unwanted buzzing - NOIt's 10ft long so you won't be leaping around but it's long enough for you to practice with standing or sitting. It's a good practice lead, what more can you say.

Good Quality Braided Lead for Electric Guitar/Bass
Not sure if these cables came as part of a 2 pack or I was sent an extra one by mistake but either way I ended up with a pair of them which I am not complaining about. They seem pretty well constructed from black and white braided nylon wire with what looks like chrome plated steel on the terminals. There is a bendable plastic sheath (branded with "ilitluk" in gold lettering) which prevents undue stress being placed on the connectors and the overall feeling is one of a quality but not necessarily "premium" product. At 10ft in length, you aren't going to be leaping around on stage or "crowd surfing" whilst playing your guitar but it provides ample stretch for home use with a practice amp without feeling impeded. I believe this is it's intended purpose. I find these "braided" cables much better than my plastic ones as they don't tangle up as much or retain the shape they have been stored in. They are "easier to control" in that respect if you get what I mean. As far as functionality is concerned, the terminals plug nicely into my amp and guitar with a reassuring "click. The "instrument end" adopts a "right angled" construction which prevents you from catching your arm on the connector when plugged into the front side of your guitar. There is no noticeable buzzing when plugged into the amplifier which suggests the soldering inside the terminals is all good. I took a star off only because I know that there are better quality leads out there but perhaps that is a little unfair as this is not marketed or priced as a "premium" product. As far as value is concerned these leads offer a good quality, great looking, tangle free, no noise, durable cable that looks like it will last a number of years. Well worth the money in my opinion. Great Product!

Does exactly what it should
The connectors are good and there's a bit of extra strain relief tape. The cable is nice and flexible to a point and then it gets stiff when you try to bend it, so it's a good balance between not letting the wire inside get damaged but also not being stiff and hard to work with. The Black-with-White pattern looks really good.I could not discern any noise in the cable itself. No complaints at all.

Love the tweed-like look!
I love old fashioned (still made today) tweed cables as they are more resistant than rubber ones and they look gorgeous. This Nylon-braided cable is an upgrade, as the cotton used in tweed cables is here replaced by Nylon: it doesn't get stained with beer accidentally poured...! Besides this initial consideration, the iLitLuk instrument cable is of good quality. It has metal screwed-in covers; inside, the soldered joints are protected by a thick heat-shrink sleeve that extends 5 cm beyond the end of the connector (this prevents the braided fibre from fraying with use); the hot tip has a very low resistance (.2 Ohms), in line with other 3 meter-long good quality cables.Of course there are better cables out there, but they are usually priced much higher; at 13€, this cable is in the middle ground: it is not 'premium quality' but offers all the quality one needs to rehearse at home or in the rehearsal room.I took off one star not because of the product itself, but because in the description it is recommended, among other things, for amplifiers, speakers and microphones. Now, apart from the fact that microphones have an XLR socket and not a jack socket, the real problem is that if an instrument cable is used to connect an amplifier to the speakers, there is a fair risk of melting the cable and ruining the equipment. It sounds strange, but although they are jack-jack cables, speakers cables are completely different, as the purpose is not to transmit a very weak signal by shielding it as much as possible (e.g., as happens between an electric guitar and an amplifier), but to transmit a very powerful signal that does not need to be shielded. So, always use the right cable.
