I received the laptop and it looks great. No blemishes or anything like that. Came with a little card that says it was inspected and all that. Go to turn it on, battery is dead. And not just like regular dead. Like, it ain't charging dead. Then on top of that, I received the wrong charger. Never been this disappointed in Amazon ever. Sales rep didn't offer any help. Just a terrible overall experience. So I bought my own battery and my own charger. Hopefully, hopefully, that resolves the issue.
