Got this to manage my GAD and ASD for an upcoming trip abroad so that I don’t have to carry around a pouch of fidgets with me at all times. Having something I don’t have to think about using is NICE. I find myself using it all the time. It’s probably not recommended, but I keep it on 24/7 (I’ve only had it for a week, we’ll see how it holds up). Hoping the sterling silver will hold up as well as my other SS rings!
