Bought for flights from Gatwick to New York. Worked really well. Very comfortable and was able to sleep for several hours on each flight. Really easy to inflate and deflate and packs easily into hand luggage. I’m glad I settled on this pillow and not the very expensive Trtl.

Everything about this oozes quality, even the box it’s delivered in. This travel pillow is so comfy and convenient, and a great space saver over its competitors. I love how you can very quickly inflate/deflate to your desired firmness, I love the soft and luxurious material, and how the pillow neatly packs away into its little storage bag. The hood is a brilliant add-on too. Just a great product - I’m buying as presents now for family and friends. So good! And great value for money.

Professional packaging, top quality.The feel of the neck cushion is so soft and velvety. Easy to inflate and done quickly, the same to deflate. I liked the back if the neck support, not bulky around the back of neck, which most seem to be. Nice shape.After a very long haul flight, I noticed the cushion seemed to deflate a little. I got in touch with the company direct and it was sorted immediately, another posted to me with apologies.Very happy with the support from this small company.

I bought this item for a long haul journey and my partner also purchased one. I was a little disappointed that when I blew mine up on the flight, the stitching on the seam was faulty which created a hole in the seam. My partners was fine.I took the pics and sent to the seller and they sent a new one. - it had arrived before I had returned from my trip!The item was really effective, gave good support, was versatile to maximise the comfort and we found the hood to be a great addition to add a sense on privacy whilst resting.The item is well designed and the packaging was well considered too.The foam earplugs and case was also a nice addition although I don't personally find these earplugs very effective. I would recommend this item and experience tells me that the customer service is excellent with very speedy resolution. This item would also make a fabulous luxury travel gift.

This is really comfy but it doesn’t deflate quickly at all, i have been trying to deflate it for about 10 minutes and it’s still completely full of air, which obviously takes away the practical side of it

Great portable pillow, really easy to inflate and deflate. The inclued cape and earplugs are a great plus, although a sleeping mask would be much niftier. The material is very comfortable, there are no irritating seams and the fit is perfect. Great travel pillow, used it few times, but hopefully it will provide sufficient durability.

Loved this pillow. Light and compact, easy to inflate. So comfortable and I was able to grab some much needed sleep on a flight and wake without any mack ache.So easy to inflate / deflate.

That's my first travel pillow however I knew I would like it because looked like there was some science behind it's ergonomic invention. The stick behind neck for head support it's really something. Other pillows just don't let the head to move back at all. Also, easy to inhale, flexible, I don't have a dizzy or heave head after using it, and I have epilepsy, makes my life easier as I use it in a bus to travel to work every day for 3 hours. The chairs are not very ergonomic i can lean to the window and pillow still doeq a great support, even better than just sit straight. An eye mask for flights could be a bonus but this hood is very helpful. It protects from light (black one probably even more) and i caan still see what is happening with my stuff. People might look at me thinking she is either super smart or little silly but honestly British electric busses leave me no choice but to look strange and feel awesome with this super nice pillow.
