Excellent build qualityGreat valve to get as much air out as possible and also compression I think seems more gentle than others on down sleeping bags. It compresses less of a lump more a easily packed lossenge shape.I would however like to seeA Smaller size bag the same style of compression strap thou.

Delivery wrong item

It is ok. The straps feel flimsy and the stitching that holds them to the bag doesn't make me feel comfortable when really cinching it down.It is a unique product and I wanted something to flatten rather than make a ball like other stuff sacks.When really compressing something it can sometimes clog the air out hole so you have to stick a finger in to let air out.

A bit pricey for what it is but does do the job well, used to compress a tent downThe air release valve is a nice touch and I do like it is waterproof, having compression straps around the diameter is exactly what I was after so you don't end up with the traditional "beachball".The compressions straps themselves are worryingly thin, but so far they have held up ok.

Clever system of evacuating the air. Had an older model for years. Highly recommended

Best compression pack I have ever used.Plug lets the air out, very clever.Waterproof is a bonus but also keeps it compressed/sealed.Other compression bags compress downwards on the length.The Exped compresses along the breadth of the bag.Makes for a more practical compressed thinner size.The material is very thin and light, great quality.Worth the extra money.

Proper Job

I would strongly recommend this product. I am in the process of lowering the weight of my backpack so I am using this to compress my tent and rainfly. This product exceeded my expectations for it's functionally and I would say is worth the investment for how much easier it is to pack up and carry my tent (minus tent poles).The fact that the bag is also waterproof is an upgrade as well given that I can carry my tent externally even in wet conditions.

The valve popped off the bag the second day of a 10 day kayak trip in Mexico. Had to seal hole with duct tape.

I would "love"(5 stars) if this came with color & size options separate. I tend to choose red so I can distinguish my items from my friend that I backpack with.

perfect size for Sierra designs flash 2 fl (minus poles). so far no leaks
