I purchased the Hitachi Split AC from Amazon and I am very satisfied with the performance. Cooling is fast and effective even in high temperatures. The AC operates quietly and the build quality is excellent. Installation was smooth and done on time. Power consumption is reasonable and overall it feels like a reliable product. Value for money and highly recommended.

I ordered this AC primarily because of the next-day delivery, and boy was this the best decision ever! The AC was delivered early in the day and the technician installed it on the same day without any hassle. I have been using this regularly for almost three weeks and it works pretty well. It's not noisy at all, and it is easy to navigate the settings. It has been a good experience. Technician and support personnel have also been incredibly helpful. I had also ordered another AC from a competing brand but I returned that and ordered a second one from Hitachi because of the ease of installation and use. Will definitely recommend!

No doubt it is hitachi so no need to give the justification. Here is the breakdown Fast cooling Clear Display (5 star varient) Energy efficient No leakage so far Got copper pipe for installation Installation charges are seperated What I don't like This is not specific to all area. At first attempt they install the AC and I found drain pipe is stucked within indoor unit which led to leakage inside the room. On later point of time that was fixed but I didn't expect it from Hitachi. Due to above experience one ⭐ deducted. Overall best class AC with a good life. Tip: whenever you install your AC use it for minimum 20 min to check the cooling and validate the water flow.

I got a good deal with exchange. The installation cost was a bit of a surprise where the stand for the outer unit and the electric cable for the inner unit were extra. I checked on the brand website to confirm that the charges are as levied by the company so no foul play there.The installation team were very courteous and did a respectful job. I've been using this for 6 weeks now. So far, I'm very pleased with the energy efficiency. Slashed down my electricity bills by a couple of thousand rupees. The cooling is optimum for a 1.5 ton unit in a 150 sq ft. room. The Frost wash and the Good sleep features are just up my alley. The 'glow in the dark' keys of the remote are not easy to find/read in the dark. It would have been so much better if the buttons would light up with the keys. Overall I'm quite happy with my purchase.

It's a great product at a great price, got it for 43k in sale. I would like to list out the few points after a month usage. Pro's: 1. No brand comes closer in terms of cooling at this price, even though my room is pent house with direct sunlight on all the walls and roof the cooling is instant. 2. It's a smart AC, so can be operated through mobile and other perks like smart fence, remote cool etc... 3. Power consumption is surprisingly low for this capacity, around 10hrs+ usage everyday gave me 500/- extra bill. 4. The IDU is big and stylish and ODU is big and metal, very heavy condenser (just the grill on the ODU is made of plastic). 5. Remote is one major pro with big keys and detailed layout and also has backlit display. 6. This is not mentioned anywhere but it's awesome, the temperature can be adjusted in ½ degree (23 to 23.5) like that, it's very helpful to get the right preference. 7. It does have a anti corrosion coating on the u bends inside IDU blue color coating, again not mentioned anywhere they should do better marketing lol 😅 Con's: 1. It's bit on noisy side, I never use the fan speed above level 3, feels like a jet 😂. Actually ODU is more quiet than IDU. 2. The installation is not upto the standards, they just have 3rd party contractors, not very specialized in Hitachi brand, so I had to search myself for all of my queries.

Excellent product, No noise, fast cooling, looks great with temperature digital display, Value for money, it comes with a 5-year comprehensive warranty covering electrical and electronic components, along with a 10-year warranty on the compressor. i have already Hitachi AC they also perform well. i think , AC means Hitachi .

Value for money. Good functionality. But disappointed on installation charges, which was mentioned 0.00 during buying. But it was charged after installation of 1550+350.
