I am on a B word (budget) and I would recommend these over the other less expensive ones
Wow. These things are DURABLE! I opted for the X bands because I wanted to invest in quality bands that would also give me versatility. I am on a B word (budget) and I would recommend these over the other less expensive ones.I use the red band for adductor work and Bulgarian split squats or courtesy lunges. They will fire up your glutes like a dried out Christmas tree on a windy morning! The purple band is great for hip thrusts and cable movements. The resistance is struggle bus city but in a good way.I was deciding on whether I should keep them or not, but after using them on my glute isolation day. The answer is yes...yes I will keep them!

DON'T ROLL!
LOVE THESE! I got these because another reviewer said they are great for 80 Day Obsession. They are super thick and really don't roll down! I'd get so frustrated with my other bands with how frequent I would have to stop the workout to adjust the Bands. Sometimes I would have to do the workout without the band which completely defeats the purpose. These bands are so great very strong, don't roll, stay in place and make the workout so much better. I've only used up to the 40 lbs so far, but that is perfect for me and I bet the 60 and 80 lb will work just as great... If I get that strong!

Deflated butt? BUY THESE.
Shoutout to any mother who once had a derriere and then watched it slowly deflate over several months of breastfeeding. With an unpredictable gym schedule and/or limited gym time, I've primarily relied on resistance bands over the last year in order to work the muscles in in this area on a consistent basis. I’m not an athlete or fitness trainer...working out is just a hobby. I enjoy accessories that enhance what I do in the gym, and are useful when the gym isn't an option. At first I purchased cheaper bands that worked okay, but they were made out of thin material that constantly rolled and needed adjusting, or tore easily. Not long after owning the cheap bands it became difficult to get a burn even with the highest resistance. I decided to search for better quality ones. The X Bands appealed to me because of the variety of resistance offered (15lbs, 30, 40, 60 and 80), and so many positive reviews about the effectiveness and durability. Upon opening, I could tell by the thickness and elasticity that they were significantly better quality. I've been using these bands for 5 weeks, and already feel like my progress has accelerated. Obviously, there are many factors to consider when it comes to reaching fitness goals, but with the cheap bands it took me about a year to fill out my jeans again. I probably would've gotten there quicker if I had purchased The X Bands initially. Currently, I warm up with the 30lb band and then move to 40-60lb for most of my exercises and am definitely feeling that familiar burn again. The 80lb bands are still too challenging (a positive thing). While I don't use the 15lb much, I think I would've used it during the beginning stages when I was working on correct form for each exercise. Each band is heavy-duty, and has good grip...no sliding up or down on my body. The different thickness and colors are helpful in distinguishing resistance, if the label ever rubs off.I would also recommend these bands to people seeking gentle therapy for tight hips. My husband is a runner, but works a job that requires standing the whole time. As a result he gets tight hips, but these help him loosen up before each run.Updated 3/25/19: Still giving me a great burn! I use these bands to train my glutes about 3 times a week. They're holding up well, no signs of wear...not even on the labels. I'd love to post a before and after photo of my results, but there are some creepy men on here. I'll give you this...I'm 5'3"-5'4" and pear shaped. When I began actively rebuilding I was comfortably wearing a size 4 pants and weighed maybe just under 130lbs at that time. Currently, I'm between a 6-8 (where I was pre-pregnancy), and pushin' 140lbs. Finally, size aside, these bands have also given me much more lift than I've ever had.Hope my review helps you!

If you're serious about growing your butt, you need these
You will never underestimate mini bands again... these took my booty work outs to the next level. The yellow is a bit light for me, but I'm sure I'll eventually need them. The purple and blue are strong as fuhhhh. I'm strong, but not that strong. But again, I'm sure I'll find use for them in the future! Okay, wear the orange one above your knees and do 10 x 3 lateral walks on each side. You're welcome.

You may only need the 2 bands...
Believe it when they say "Extra Thick" exercise bands. For the average woman, you may only need to purchase the two bands. I made the mistake of purchasing all 5 bands which I cannot even use because the other three won't even budge- that is how dense they are. There return window is not long so just a tip!

Good quality
These are amazing they are sturdy and do not slip. I love to incorporate these into my workout they are great when you can’t make it to the gym and you need a little more challenge. You can do so much with them I have had it for less than a week and I can’t wait to learn all the things I can do with these resistance bands. I feel the burn after each workout. I am so glad I purchased these bands they are finely made. Good purchase happy satisfied customer

The best heavy duty bands I ever tried
The X-bands are the best I ever had , they are really heavy duty , not for yoga or stretching! I have the 5 bands bundle, they are worth the price, I have been using them at the gym , the resistance of each color is AMAZING , you really feel your glutes and hamstrings working every time. I follow X-bands on Instagram for workouts ideas.
