It doesn’t hurt so don’t be scared to try!I mix the following items in a bottle to create my hair oil and concoction:.5oz organic castor oil1oz organic pumpkin seed oil1oz organic jojoba oil1oz organic almond oil1 dropper rosemary oil (optional)I apply the hair oil all over my scalp and through the ends of my hair. I then cover my hair with a disposable cap. I cover my pillow with a towel, and sleep with the oil in my hair overnight so that it can marinate. I decided to order this because of the benefits of pumpkin oil. It didn't disappoint at all. My skin feels soft & nourished & so does my hair. I like the consistency as it is not too thick or thin, it is absorbed quite easily into the skin & doesn't leave you feeling greasy.
