Personal Safety Alarm Safe Sound

Wanted something to help me feel more protected while walking at night. Super loud! They stay intact too I’ve never had an issue with the pulley falling out.

This personal alarm works great , is well made, and definitely has a loud sounding alarm that goes off when you pull the pin out, which can easily be removed and place back it. The the flashlight light is very bright when you push the front button on the alarm, and the alarm itself is true to the online photos.

I got these for my kids as they like to have more independence in public settings.Pros: Really loud, high pitched alarm. You have to pull the plug out for the alarm - it's easy to grab and pull and easy to replace, however it does not seem like it would fall out on its own. Device is on a key ring which can connect to the zipper of a purse or fanny pack or maybe put it on a carabineer and attach to your belt loop. Has a fairly bright light in the end. Some reviews say they're too "childish" looking. I don't care and my preteen/teen kids don't care. Heck I'd wear one and I'm 50. It's the piece of mind.Cons: I can't see a way to find and/or replace a battery. While I don't think the alarm plug will fall out, it's on a loop which could get caught and accidentally pull out. That being said the loop is nice for grasping to pull in an emergency, so just be mindful of it I guess.

I did order this for myself, so if I go right outside my door, to allow the puppies to go out, my roommate can hear me if I fall. At first, I was not really expecting too much but once I open one and took it out I was happy with the design then played with the light and it was bright and had a pretty far shine. I did look at this during the day so not so sure how bright but seems it would do perfectly. I pulled the pin and my dog came running and jumped on me to make sure I was safe. At this point for this price, I am thinking about getting a few for family members. Worth the price and works well.

I'm glad I got both in case I couldn't pull one out since I leave my keys in random places of my stroller ..I have another attached to my bag for easy access or on the stroller. Not too close to my child's ears but, high enough.
