I think choosing insoles is like choosing wallpaper, it is personal and it is possible no 2 people will have the same experience. I have been trying insoles for about 2 years now, mostly in my ballet flats and shoes that I am not willing to get rid of even if they hurt my plantar fasciitis. Every single pair of insoles has always had an adjustment period of about 2-3 days for me, burns like crazy and feet are stiff every morning. Every time I feel they've run their course (generally 500 miles or less) I order a different brand to try out. I've never felt like any were worth re-ordering. They were all just ok, and I've tried MANY. There was NO adjustment period with these Samurai Insoles for me. Been wearing them for 2 weeks now. I also don't have anything to slip them under in my ballet flats so my feet are in direct contact with them. They only slide a little and it doesn't bother me. I hope I've found my new insole, getting ready to order more so I don't have to switch them from shoe to shoe. I've never done that before because it hasn't seemed worth it. I am an 8.5-9 shoe size and ordered the M, they fit perfectly in all my flats so far. Considering them for my ankle boots as well and maybe even my Uggs. Can't wait to try out the red ones (flat feet insoles) just waiting for a current large pair to run their course so I can switch them out. My feet are not stiff in the morning and generally don't feel like I have PF when I am wearing the Samurai Insoles. Very happy with this product.

I am a very active elementary music teacher and am in my feet all day, and I run 3-6 miles per week. My ankles and plantar fasciitis has really been acting up, despite finally switching to expensive running shoes.I added these under my Brooks factory insoles and the left one felt immediately comfortable, and the in right one I really felt the arch (that foot has the weak ankle and more of a fallen arch). I was worried it would begin to hurt and I’d have to take out the insoles and get used to them a little at a time. However, within 30 minutes I didn’t feel it anymore! I’ve been wearing them for 2 days at school and ran 3 miles in them tonight. NO ANKLE, ARCH, or HEEL pain for the first time in months!!!I was very skeptical, but am so glad I tried these!!! I hope I’ll continue to have less pain all over and be able to up my running game back up to 9-12 miles per week (i slowed down three months ago because my feet hurt so badly).Update...after almost 2 years...I still wear these daily! They hold up wonderfully! I use them in shoes without removable insoles too, and just throw them on top (like in my Sperrys and ballet style shoes).

I've tried a lot of insoles and while I don't have flat feet, I always found the arch support too aggressive. I tried the ninjas hoping that they'd be different and I was NOT dissapointed. They have worked exactly as advertised and got me back to hiking and even running when the mood strikes me. Also, because they go under the insole, I can wear all kinds of shoes again and not just the two or three that hurt least. These are durable and an amazing value. They have been game changers and I could not love them more. Take a chance on them, you won't regret it.

These insoles arrived today. Honestly, I have been through the gamut of insoles, inserts,the big walking boot, cortisone shots, prolo therapy, podiatrists,orthopedists, physical therapy , home exerciss and stretching, ultrasounds, and MRI's. All to no avail. The heel pain continues to increase.The Samurai Insole Shoe Inserts arrived this afternoon. I think I may love them. I just got new, rigid shoes (Keens). I popped them in the Keens, put the insole over top of them as the directions said, and viola....I think they are going to work. I can walk almost pain free where I have been limping and in horrific pain for months. I am going to order more....this may save me from having to stop Taekwondo and feeding at the barn....

Buy these and try them. I had very debilitating plantar fasciitis for over a year. I tried about 20 different insoles that promised to fix it from Amazon and even the UK. None of them worked. These within a week we're working great and pain had subsided.As a chef, I work long hrs(12-14hrs) and standing in one spot, on tiled floors, for up to 8 hrs at a time. I still get a little soreness after a long Saturday night but nothing like before where I couldn't walk without a cane.The only flaw I can find is they are a little thin so if you have a wide foot(I have EE), it does pinch as it moves around. I wish they made a full insole or there was a better way to keep them in place. The Velcro dot they give you is a joke, it lasted maybe 20 min. I have Birkenstocks and they still didn't stick to that. You do need a full,very thin, flat insole to wear over them.

I've tried various types of insole inserts for fallen arches with minimal relief...that is... until I ordered the Samurai Insoles. What an incredible difference they made in my foot comfort and ability to walk longer distances with minimal pain. I'm only on my second week of wearing them, but my legs and feet and getting more and more comfort with every day. Thank you!
