MiFitness app does not support the band
The MiFitness App that is needed for the smartband 8 does nto recognise/support the band. I tried multiple things, including going to the Mi Store for support. I returned the band with some difficulty. A real shame, because i was looking forward to using the band.Not sure if I should blame Amazon for not doing enough research about the use of the band.According to Xiaomi, the Xiaomi smartband 8 Active has not been released in India as yet, and they are not sure how amazon is selling it. A case of ball beign tossed between Amazon and Xiaomi and the customer is caught in between.

Product is imported and doesn't work in India
Amazon's customer service has deteriorated to pathetic levels. Making a product not-returnable and adding a small fine print to say that the product is not available in India.

Per quello che costa è veramente un gran prodotto, funziona bene, la batteria dura circa 6 giorni ed è molto carino e leggero quasi nn si sente, lo uso da circa 2 mesi
