Delivered on time, the product came rolled up like mattresses come today with no brand packaging, not sure if it was a fresh or returned productSecond it is a bit too ahead for your neck while the shoulder support is goodThere is no zipper provision so that if one wants to trim some foam to adjust, that is not possible unless you tear a side and stitch it back
