I purchased the black slip with no embellishment at the neck and scalloped lace at the hemline. I love it! I was surprised by how touchable and cozy it is. The main fabric is stretchy and jersey-like, like a very, very fine t-shirt material. The lace at the hem is pretty and very soft too. In fact, the whole thing is soft. I was afraid it would be cheap-looking, super shiny satin, but it's matte, breathable, with good drape. It follows the curves of the body without clinging in an unsightly way. The adjustable straps are a bit fiddly, but once you set them where you want them, they stay in place, and what a great feature to be able to make the neckline higher or lower as needed! Speaking of the neckline, I snipped the tag from the back so I can turn the slip around and wear it as a V-neck or a square neck as needed. Size reference: I'm 180 lbs, size 16 in tops, 38 DDD, and the XL is the right size on me, as suggested on the chart. I am thrilled with this purchase, so much so that instead of waiting to wear the slip under a dress, I've worn it a handful of times to bed. It is that comfortable!

What a pleasant surprise, it actually is a really nice slip. I’m a curvy gal and ordered a 2X and it fit great! I washed it first because straight out of the package garments are treated with chemicals to deter bugs in storage. It made it softer too. It has a nice flattering fitted bodice, great for us busty gals and the lace hem is pretty. Not junk at all. Haven’t found a slip this nice in decades!

Just what I needed under black skirt and dark dresses. Nice design, soft stretch cotton-like material on top, lace is pretty, doesn't wrinkle, & well made. Overall a good wardrobe purchase.

I do like this nightgown. I only gave it 4 stars because it could be silkier. The gown is comfortable, stretchy & fits nicely. No straps falling off my shoulder ( which is often a problem for me).

As I’m writing this, I’m ordering another one. I just received mine and I love it so much I want a spare. It’s extremely soft and comfortable, even the lace (not itchy at all). I’m 5’4” 120 lbs 34 DD hourglass and I purchased a medium and it’s perfect. It has a bit of stretch which is very nice. And as someone who is slightly short waisted, I really appreciate the adjustable straps. This looks way more expensive than it is and the retro movie star glam vibe is really lovely. Very pleased with my purchase.

It was a very nice and soft slip, but for me, it’s too small. I do not like slips being too clingy, for me this is. Size guide said large, but if reorder, I’d go up minimum 1 size.The most negative is against Amazon- trying to do a return and we now can’t print the return label. Noooo….have to go to a UPS Store, about 1 hour drive away from my house. The UPS drop-off point cannot/will not use the QR code to print the label and accept the package. I cannot scan the QR code and print myself.Amazon is becoming a bigger pain and seriously contemplating canceling my Prime membership.

Absolutely perfect !!Silky fabric is what I need. It helps me turn in bed without hurting my sore knees.These are beautiful nighties.Really high quality finishes.Not too warm either and so elegant looking.I only hand wash seperately and hang to dry.The black color will bleed from black lace at bottom for a few washes then they are fine.I have delicate skin but the lace doesnt bother me.I do remove the back tag. That scratches my skin.I love how these have a defined bust area. Much more attractive and comfortable.

I really thought that it was going to be too tight. I also thought that it was going to be sheer material. I was wrong on both counts. It fit perfectly and it feels really nice on.

I love that the fabric has some stretch and that the straps are adjustable. Feels comfortable and does the trick.
