Excellent product. Works very well to prevent grease splatter

Work well.
Easy to clean in the dishwasher, not heavy, seem to be decent quality, I can see them lasting possibly more than several years.

Well made
I’m mostly pleased. It seems solidly built. I mainly use it when frying hamburgers. I’ve found it does a good job at controlling spatter. And it cleans up easily, whether by hand or in the dishwasher. In hindsight, however, I wish I had bought the kind with a jutting handle. The fold-flat, centered, “knob” is good for storing in the cabinet, but I find it a bit awkward in actual function. It gets hot, so I use a potholder, but that involves putting my hand/arm over the heat and it involves the potholder coming in contact with the greasy screen. So, as I mentioned, it’s a good product… but probably not the best choice for me, personally.

The handle does NOT get hot and storage is easy
This has been a life saver. The mesh is fine enough to keep almost all my fat from splattering and the handle is great. Having 3 sizes makes for a good fit, no matter what size your pan is. Cleans up great and stores easily because the handle folds so it's not like those awkward splatter guards with the long handle.

The hand flips and flops
It does its job to reduce oil splatter when cooking. However, the handle that flips and flips annoying to use, especially when it gets oily.

That handle in the middle is how these should always have been designed.
Seriously, just buy it. You'll thank yourself later! The one I got is a bit big for my current usage, but if I ever get a wok, it'll be perfect for that! Right now, I use it over my cast-iron frying pan, and when I need to set it down somewhere clean, I just rest it over the top of a lid-less kettle. If there were a way to use a spiraled wedge design to resize this a little bit, that would be even better, but hey, I'll take it as it is, because it's a lot better than my old one that had that ridiculous long handle sticking out one end! I could barely even get that into my dishwasher, it got in the way on the stove, it mis-balanced that old screen when it was in use, and the plastic was always at risk for burning if I cooked with multiple burners at once! The only change I would make to the center handle is that it needs to be made of wood or some insulative material instead of metal (which gets super hot and forces users to use hotpads or oven mittens). The handle could be triangular on the sides and square on the front and back faces, so it would still lie flat on the bottom side, against the screen, when not in use, and it could still have a hole in the middle (through the square front and back faces) to make it easier to use when lifting the screen up. That's really the only necessary change I see here.
