Couldn't insert to main point - pins on unit wouldn't stay fixed

Most European plug sockets have a safety mechanism which makes it difficult for children to abuse the socket. Therefore, you have to push down with force to properly use a European socket; a bit like the way one must push down a medicine bottle in order to open it.But these repellent plugs are so flimsily made they break every time you try to put them into a European socket. Their plastic collapses at the back, and folds inwards, making the metal stems too short to place into a socket. They are only suitable for use with very old type European sockets, most of which have been replaced these days, decades ago! Certainly not useable with any kind of modern extension plug either.We bought two and the same thing happened with both. The manufacturer needs to look at this because their product is absolutely useless otherwise. Like throwing your money down the drain.
