Some years ago, a vandal put my garden hose in my basement window well and turned on the water while we were at work. It was an absolute nightmare. Locking device is good so far. However the lock is already rusting.

Purchased this to cover my outside water faucet. To keep people from using it without your permission. It works perfect. The lock is a little rusted but overall it's cool. Worth the money. It fits perfect. Easy to remove and install. Easy to use.
