I was on the hunt for a mother of the bride dress that I felt good in and that didn’t make me look old! I had been losing weight and wanted something flattering and fun. I tried in just about every dress Amazon sells!!!!! Try and return, try and return! I had tried this dress on at Macys early on but they didn’t have my size in store or online. I was shocked when I found it on Amazon!!!! I purchased it in a regular size 16 which is pretty much what size most dress were running. Well I kept it until it needed to be returned and I took a chance on ordering a size down (14) and a petite. Perfect!!!!! I didn’t need any alterations!!! It felt great and fit well…and the petite just allowed my toes to peek out as I walked. The sleeves were fun and eye catching! The front had no low dips and the arm/should edges had a rubbery trim inside so they held onto your skin and stayed in place. I danced the night away without ever tugging or adjusting! My husband said he’d marry me again if it weren’t our daughter’s day!!! Fun, form fitting, and still modest and mature. 👍🏻
