Good for diamond gems to keep in,but noticed before I even finish a canvas using it to store my gem, some of the storing lids don't keep tightly shut anymore afte. I suggest I should get more items that store diamond in bulks while canvasing,so I don't keep opening and shutting so much during the art canvas. But it's okay with in the 28 pickets like. 1-3 would be lose fitting.

Love the storage

Works just find for my diamond painting drills. The only criticism I have is that some lids are very hard for these old arthritic fingers to open, and some do not close properly. But knowing where the problems lie resolves any problem.

I was very excited to get these and overall I am happy However, there were some aspects to these that I was disappointed in: some lids are extremely difficult to snap open, while some lids are too easy to open; there are small gaps between the lid and the pot on some of the pieces too, which could cause the loss of these tiny drills over time. These slight defects seems random too - not occurring consistently in the same pieces between rows. However, because these defects are in the individual storage pots, which are still stored in a larger case, most of these defects will not affect my overall use. However, having some lids highly difficult to open, I do fear that I might find tiny drills spraying all over the place if the lid suddenly releases under so much pressure to open it. I really like the sheer colorless design because it helps me to more clearly see the colors of the drills. For some reason I was expecting these to come with sticker labels, so I was disappointed when I realized there were no labels. Fortunately, I have a LOT of Sharpie Permanent Markers and they work very nicely for numbering the boxes.

I absolutely love these. I use them for diamond painting. I have a cat who likes to help keep my work area clean by swishing his tail back and forth, sometimes knocking off open bags of stones, spreading em all over the floor. I'm glad it's never a large amount, but its tiring finding those little things stuck on me. And I don't mean just on my feet. So now with these things, I take out a few mediumlots-ish close them liddies, and I have way less body decoration on me. Oh, and I also keep the colors in numerical order, so this totally beats having to dig for bags in a bowl...and you know... the cat...

Wonderful and a MUST for Diamond Painting. I have purchased enough to cover all the DMC colors, then some. I have square diamonds and crystal diamonds too. So worth the price. Highly recommend.

So I had to give in & get something to hold my diamond drills. Cause my last oops cost me 4 hours separating my drills off the floor. Enter these containers....my poor thumb still hurts trying to get them all open the FIRST time. BUT that is it, now they're really loose & dont stay closed well. If I go to open 1 another will pop open at same time. Dropping will be a VERY BIG MESS!!! I got these to prevent that! SO keep them in the case closed at all times when not using to avoid a headache, stress & wasted time.

It's very compact, so it's easy to store. However, it is a little limited with space. I use it for my smaller diamond paintings to store extra drills. It does the job, but if you have a larger project, this is not going to give you the space you need. It's still very handy and I still recommend it.
