This is my first Lisa Jewell novel and man what great writing this has been by her. The book hooked me from the very beginning. It was like I could feel a tension while I turn pages , it kept turning from creepy to downright chilling. The setup and the presense of Josie would give anyone the goosebumps in her scene, author made her perfect horror character. On the other hand the curiousity of Alix was there which she wanted out but couldn't because she was captured by Josie in some manner. It's always that something was going to happen anytime soon, and when it happened , it made me stun , and when everything is getting solved slowly, Lisa gives you the last chapter where I sat alone for sometime thinking what just happened here , what is true what is not . From my side it is 10/10 Review: Good but sick - I liked it very much ..it's just there are sick things in the book

Dark and Twisted Tale
A dark, twisted psychological thriller that starts with a steady beat about a pair of birthday twins. It sounds all cheery and fun, until that mysterious sinister element starts cloaking the story little by little. The pace picks up rapidly and had me turning pages to find out more. The main characters are complex and carry the story well on their shoulders. The suspense burns with an explosion in the second half. While initially Josie seems like a promising podcast story to Alix, only later does she discover her rather interesting family. The author layers the story with heavy themes and a strong plot line. The backdrop, descriptions and emotions all play an elemental role in this compelling narration. For all those who love this genre, it is a must read. This was my first Lisa Jewell novel, can't wait to read more of her books. Her writing style is smooth and fierce, a true inspiration for me, personally as an author.

A disappointing book!
How does it feel when a book does almost everything right but loses you at the very end? That's exactly how I felt about None of This Is True. The book started off a little slow, and it took me some time to get invested. But once it found its footing, I was hooked. The podcast-style narrative was easily my favourite part, making the story feel immersive and realistic. What really worked for me was the constant sense of unease. Lisa Jewell does an excellent job of making you question every character and every version of the truth. The story slowly gets under your skin and becomes creepier with every chapter. Unfortunately, the ending didn't quite work for me. After all the tension and mystery, I was hoping for a payoff that felt more satisfying. Instead, I felt a little underwhelmed. That said, the unique format and unsettling atmosphere made this a compelling read. A creepy, binge-worthy thriller with a brilliant format and an ending that didn't fully deliver.

Received my books in perfect condition.
When I usually order books online, the only thing that constantly worries me is " will I get the original copy?" "What if I received pirated?" But all these questions won't even pop up when I buy them from seller cocoblu. They have not even once disappointed me. I always receive books in top notch quality, mind you they are always original copies and I always receive my order early. I bought none of this is true and the folk of the air series from them. All of them are perfect.

Amazing read.
Be careful who U make friends with. This book has all the dramatic moments U’ll need. Mysteries begins with domestic abuses & then murders unravelling, it was like I was watching a movie. So descriptive & detailed, U’d understand the why’s & how’s. I don’t think I’d forget this story quite soon. It’ll hang onto Ur memory. For all mystery-drama lovers, this book is a must in Ur library.

A powerful and thought provoking read
This was a powerful book that had me hooked from the very first page. It made me consider all the little untruths that we say every day, whether to avoid conflict, or just a bit of harmless fun. It reminded me that truth isn’t something black or white, but many shades of grey, depending on whose perspective that truth is coming from. Families are a great source of inspiration because we all come from one, and some may be better than others. An excellent read, and one I keep pondering on long after the last page!

Storytelling At Its Finest!
“None Of This Is True” marks my first foray into the world of Lisa Jewell, and let me tell you—what an incredible introduction! This novel left me utterly speechless. The unexpected twists and the jaw-dropping revelation at the end completely flabbergasted me! I love how the story refuses to tie everything up in a neat little bow. Instead, it leaves you with a whirlwind of emotions and a sense of open-endedness that I found surprisingly satisfying. Lisa Jewell is undeniably a master storyteller. Her talent for making readers believe they have it all figured out, only to shatter that carefully crafted illusion, is nothing short of brilliant. I found myself going back, combing through the pages to uncover all the clues I missed along the way. Truly astounding!

Another amazingly addictive read from Lisa Jewell!
Another book by Lisa Jewell that did not disappoint! Well written, and totally absorbing from the outset. This tells the story of Josie Fair, through interviews and conversations with Alix Summer, the (fictional) famous podcaster. There are so many delicious twists! I devoured this book, hanging off every word. Was Josie innocent or guilty? Truths, half truths and lies. Who was telling the truth? A fantastic read. NB. I have also just listened to the podcast "Hi! I'm your birthday twin, " (available for free on various platforms), which was made partly for marketing purposes. Louise Brearly is a good fit for voicing Josie, and Nicola Walker is great as Alix.
