Excellent Product
It's always a bit of a gamble buying something like this online, especially when the price seems too good to be true, but I am delighted with it.Of course it's not intended to be your primary source of heat but it warms you up just looking at it! The flame effect is very good, some people seem to have an issue with noise, but I can honestly say it's not a problem. If your house was in complete silence then yes, you would hear it, but how often does that happen? The build quality seems fine and installation was easy.

Looks so cool !
Absolutely love this fire. It looks really good. Was as stated and gives off plenty of heat. Love the different setting moods Too. Didnt realise that my sky remote also operates it which is novel!!Wouls highly recommend this item and from this buyer. Very efficient and a fantastic price

Nice looking but has an annoying quiet tapping sound when not using the heater & average performance
I had this fire fitted and it looks great what with the flame effect. However there are just two things to make you aware of. Firstly the fan heater blows directly out of the top which makes the wall its mounted on to extremely hot. The room slowly warms up after a while. Secondly, and this just might be a fault on my fire, the motor which drives the axle round that gives the flames their movement makes a quiet tapping sound if the fan heater part isn't being used. If going to sleep in the same room or watching the TV very quietly this faint tapping sound can become quite annoying.Cheers.

Great for the Flame effect
Electric fires are the worst for economy but if like me your buying one for the visual flame effect then you wont go wrong with the Plasma Fire, it will make you think you have a lovely warm fire on the go without the nasty cost involved, a good price and way cheaper than what youll pay for in the larger department stores.

im really pleased with this item its bigger than i expected and it looks more expensive than what it cost i like having the remote control too it does slightly make a noise and is more noticable when the tv volume is low i purchased it to use the light effect rather than the heating and it is very cosy and warm at night

just an illusion.
outstanding value given we were originally looking at similar items at the larger diy and catologue stores at twice the price.product description accurate .was slightly suspicous buying on line something that should really be viewed [quality of flame effect and fascia ]but flame effect is very realistic although just an illusion !.no problems fitting, unit quality appears good,heat output on these types of heaters may mean it is more of a secondary source but visually pleasing.delivery and packaging good-best purchase for long time.

Excellent product and good looking model
Received in good order and promptly. Simple to fit little heavy though so must be fitted on solid brick walls. Have had one from b&q but this one is more silent, however they all make a noise, cus its fan based! Excellent product for landlords!
