Excellent customer service
If you’re on the fence, don’t be anymore. This bike is amazing especially for the price. This bike is used for transport to school and back, about 4 miles each way. I took a long time to pick an e-bike because we are in a busy area with a lot of steep hills. I’m so glad we decided on this e-bike. The battery lasts a long time, it’s sturdy and well made, and runs great.I did have some little issue that had to be managed by emailing the company. They were very quick to respond and even when I would forget to get info to them they would reach back out so the issue could be resolved. They took care of my concern without any problems. I will be purchasing another bike soon and it will most definitely be with this company.

Amazing bike!
The media could not be loaded. Have been looking for an e-bike for about a year. There are so many to choose from, so it became a little overwhelming. After a lot of research, I landed on this one and LOVE it. Great bike for the price.

Very fast bike
This is a well built bike with plenty of power. 26mph is plenty fast for the average rider. There is lots of torque to go up hills. Battery power is great. The assembly was straight forward and took maybe 20 minutes.

Solid bike rack.
This fat-bike rack has notable advantages, featuring a wider platform and impressive load-bearing capacity (claimed at 110 lbs). The swiveling supports enhance both strength and stability, especially in the saddlebag attachments. However, the use of bolts instead of welds is a drawback, potentially allowing rust over time. Additionally, being "quick release" may be a concern for theft prevention. Overall, a solid choice with some room for improvement.

Rack review only - fair quality
This is not a review for a bike, but for their quick-release tail rack. First, the packaging of this was a bit haphazard - there's a lot of loose metal parts left to bang around inside a plastic bag, and that was stuffed into an un-taped box. It made so much clanging/crashing noise that the UPS guy asked me to open the package and make sure everything was ok. Fortunately, nothing seemed seriously damaged, although the reflector mount was a bit smooshed (I unsmooshed it easily enough). The design is good and offers plenty of adjustability. My seat post is 1.24 inches and the bracket just fit it (without the rubber spacers). You would definitely not get a larger post into this. The quality of construction leaves something to be desired - especially the welding. The welds are pretty rough and uneven and it doesn't look like any effort went into smoothing things out much. The whole unit is black coated evenly (paint?) which hides the issue somewhat and it's not something you'd notice unless you're looking closely at it. Also one of the top cross-supports was welded in a bit crooked. It doesn't effect the usability, but indicates some sloppy construction was going on.The installation documentation is printed on the outside of the box, but the pictures aren't super clear - I got more out of the product photos on the website really, even though the captions are in german. The rack went on the bike easily enough (29" MTB) and looks fine. I like that the chainstay mounts are quick-release which isn't the norm for many of these types of racks. I wish there was some way to permanently attach the rubber strips that come with it to protect the paint from the aluminum clips, or even better if there was a scratch-resistant coating on the clamps themselves.

Good bike
Went together easy and surprisingly fast and torquey.

Ok, for a rack.
The seller could greatly improve its listing. As a Vine reviewer, I was told that I was ordering a $600, 26mph electric bicycle, with a 48v motor, Samsung battery, 50 mile range, and 7 speed gear. I was excited! When I went to the Amazon page to make a file of my score, I saw the same thing. Turns out there are eight variants of the ebike offered, one of which is just a rack. Guess which one I got? Additionally, the photos of the rack have German captions ‒ not very useful in the US.As a fat-bike rack (of which relatively few are available) it's not bad, though I would prefer that the fore and aft attachments of the saddlebag supports be welds, rather than the little bolts that are used. Welds would be stronger and more rigid, and would inhibit rust by preventing entry of water into the bolt passages. On the plus side, the platform of this rack is wider than the rack that I currently have on my fat-bike, and this rack has far greater load bearing capacity (110 lbs claimed). That enhanced capacity is the product of swiveling supports from the platform down to the chain-stay. Those swiveling supports also serve to brace the bolted-on saddlebag supports. My other fat-bike rack is supported entirely by a stout metal beam attached to the seat post. (The two racks have similar metal beams.)This rack is "quick release." I'm not a fan of quick release products; anything thieves can readily steal, they will.I see what appear to similar if not identical racks on Amazon for a bit more money, so I can't complain about the price, though this rack is more than double the price of the lesser rack that I bought six years ago.

Flexible bike rear rack
This review is for the bike carrier rear rack I bought. It is not for the whole ebike. The rack came in a white box inside which I found all the parts needed to assemble a bike carrier rear rack but without any instruction.I got a general idea on how to assemble the rack from the photos on the amazon listing. And the assembly was indeed not difficult. In fact, I was amazed by the flexibility of this rack. There were at least 12 nuts/bolts/screws I could adjust to make the rack fit my bike. And I can see how this can fit a bike vastly different than mine. Yes, this rack is truly flexible. The end result was very satisfactory. The rack was firmly on my bike. I pushed it, pulled it, pressed it, and even rode on it. It was very solid. It even came with a rope to tie anything on the rack. And it looked very nice on my fat tire eBike.
