I am so disappointed in this purchase!!I am going on vacation and wanted a beach hat and loved the way this looked. Unfortunately, my hat was so badly bent out of shape it looked absolutely horrible!! It was also fraying where the bends were. Just terrible handling in my opinion. This could've been a cute hat hsf they not bent it like that. It came in a bag so small...the size of a sandwhich bag!! I immediately returned it. Oh...one more thing. It was totally not the color pictured. I was expecting a more cream/white color, but as you can see its not.

The hat arrived in a large box and very carefully packed so I didn't have any issues with a bent rim or it being crushed in any way. I really like that it had an adjustable internal headband in case it needed to be made smaller, happily mine needed very little adjusting. The embroidery on it is well done and I'm really happy so far with the quality - I haven't worn it extensively since it's for my upcoming vacation, but I didn't see any issues with the construction of the hat. Very pleased overall with the hat and hope it'll last me the entire season at least - for the price, I'm extremely pleased.

Very cute, as pictured. Only complaint is that it was shipped bent up and I have it laying flat to see if the folds/creases will fall out. Will update if that doesn't work. Don't plan to wear it straight out of the box. Good price and has a nice wide floppy brim. Great beach hat I can't wait to wear.

Before ordering this sunhat, I noticed other reviewers mentioned it was wrinkled when it was received, but mine came in just fine! It had one "light" wrinkle on the brim, but it was gone within a few hours. The wording is nicely embroidered so it cannot peel off as a sticker would. Definitely looking forward to wearing it for my trip. Great buy for a great price!

The hat is cute but fits extremely tight and my head is only 20 inches in circumference. I had to make sure that my hair was pretty flat for it to fit well. It did fit but it is a bit snug. Otherwise super cute!

Love this hat! Got it as a present for my honeymoon. It folded up into my suitcase surprisingly well, and unfolded to not have creases in it. I have a smaller head and it fit well. The inside lining is starting to peel a little bit but that was after using it for a week on the beach. Overall a good buy!

The hat was of a decent quality, but did have some residual glue in a streak coming down from the ribbon. I could have overlooked that, but the reason I returned this was because it was jammed into a box way too small for a hat of this size. As a result, the rim was bent in several areas, and despite leaving it flat for several days, it just wouldn't straighten out.

It’s a beautiful hat, but it’s shipped bent and I can’t get the crease to come out. Would love to wear it today but I won’t be able to because I’m still trying to remove the big crease that’s right in the middle of my face. It aligns with my nose. It’s very noticeable, It’s not even on the sides. I will try some YouTube tutorials, but I hope someone from the company reads this and starts packaging the hat in a better way so that future customers can enjoy it right away.I would’ve given it a 5 Star if it wasn’t for the way it’s shipped.
