Brilliant, I had a litter robot before this, I much prefer this one! Easy to set up, the house doesn’t smell, brilliant value for money! Really quick and easy to clean out! I’ll be getting another one soon for my little loves.

I was so crazy excited about this litter box, worked fine the first couple of hours, albeit the app said the signal to the WiFi was rubbish (despite the router being in the same room), but literally a couple of hours later and the product isn't doing its job, it won't spin for doing the clean or anything, manually or via the app. There is no litter trapped anywhere so it's not that, can't figure out at all who it's not working. Also can't seem to find any troubleshooting anywhere at all and can't contact the company direct! It's actually left me raging!

The media could not be loaded. Easy to install, and works really well whenever cat exits its empty’s without smelling. Bin needs emptying every 4-5 days. Constriction a big flimsy but overall very happyIt’s amazing that the Kitchen now smells like a kitchen vs a kitchen with a hint (or more) of poo

Whoever invented this deserves a Noble Prize 🤣 my little cat is an outdoor cat however I think she's had a bad experience as wont go outside anymore. This self cleaning cat litter box is a life saver, I can't believe how good it is. Easy to setup and a cat litter tray that empties its self! I'm so happy! 😊

Cat litter basically fell out the bin and into the motor underneath that turns the barrel it won't run now and I've not even had it 2 months idk who to contact but it's more effort then a normal cat tray and it smears cat poo all over the barrel and it doesn't fully clean out the cats poo it just holds it by the small hole that it's meant to exist from and falls back into the litter bottom back into where my cats do their business and it tells the bin bag it's full when it's not full due to it being stuck and lodged in the bit before it gets into the bin bag cleaning it is a hassle especially if your cats have. A bad tummy I want a refund or something or at least something back for it and idk how to contact the customer services terrible design

I would recommend people choose the MW-SC01 model. I thought this one would be better as it is newer but I stand corrected. I have 3 cats, change it every other day and use bentonite clay litter.The issues I have found with this machine are as follows:- I have to babysit the machine. I have been finding that if the litter clump is too large it gets stuck in the hole at the back before it can drop into the disposal bin. This causes the machine to think the disposal bin is full. I am having to manually remove litter clumps from the hole at the back (picture to demonstrate).- As it only had a small hole to drop through at the back the litter clumps pile up in the middle of the disposal bin and set off the sensors which cause the machine to think it's full despite there being space on either side. I am having to shake the bin to get the clumps to settle evenly on the bottom.- The disposal bin is at the back. It is awkward and actually hurts my back trying to reach around and change it.- The machine spins all the way around and smears the litter fully around the entire drum.I wish I had chosen MW-SC01 model as it only tilts halfway to one side. It empties through a large flap in the side rather than a small hole at the back. The disposal bin is emptied from the top/side.Customer service was very pleasant though it seemed they didn't fully understand my issues at times. They stated they offered free returns and exchanges however, would come back to me saying it's not worth it as it would cost ME $300 to ship the machine back and this later increased to $400? They offered 10% refund, then offered to replace the base (I was unsure how this would fix anything?) and finally offered 50% which I accepted in the end as I was pretty fed up. Part of me understands as what are they going to do with a used litter box but another part is frustrated I have a machine I don't want and only half the money to get the one I do. Next time I will make sure to look at the machine carefully to see that it matches what I want and need in an automatic litter box.

Good litter box big enough for my large ragdoll, but if your kitty has an upset tummy and runny poo, prepare yourself for a nightmare trying to clean the barrel. I bought this as I’m disabled and thought it would be easier for me. Runny poo sticks to everything inside the barrel, you can’t wash inside the barrel properly and you need to leave it for 24 hours to air dry. Trying to clean the inside of the barrel is very awkward and although it has a jelly scented freshener inside the collection container it does not hide the smell of poo.

I took a long time researching litter boxes and repeatedly came back to this one after seeing drawbacks on many others on the market within our price range.Having never had an automated litter box previously, I had a few questions and contacted MeoWant directly who were fantastic in replying to each and every one of my questions, extremely quickly and they were extremely courteous.I am delighted to say our box arrived safely yesterday, the next day after ordering and we had no problems putting it together and pairing our wifi with the Tuya app which we already had for light strips we have in our bedrooms. Our cats, (Yoda and Vada) have used it already and everything is working perfectly. I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much!So far so good and if all keeps going as is, I can definitely recommend!Note: I use Tigerino Zeolite Clumping cat litter (baby powder scented, I had bags full already!) as its similar to Bentonite and am very happy with the results.
