Please please please don't think you can squeeze into a size smaller than you are. I'm 5'2 130lbs and bought this to firm my belly that is not firm itself anymore. I usually wear a size small in everything: not this time. When it came, I got it and was soooo excited to put it on and knock everyone dead. That did not happen. It looked a little small but I thought, well it's supposed to be so it squishes you all in. So I tried my best to shimmy my way into it from the feet up. Nope. I don't have a big butt but this devil garment sure made me feel like my boot was HUGE because I could not pull it past my hips. Ok cool, nbd I'll just pop this baby on like a shirt. Nope. I never thought I had wide shoulders till I put this she-beast on. Momma didn't raise no quitter, so I try from the bottom up again and I'm making progress. I somehow manage to get my sausage self into this vice and wow. It does not look good. Let me tell you, it is not the spandex, it is me. I do not fit in this. Then it dawns on me: I need to get out of this. I decided I won't pull it off like a shirt because I probably wouldn't be able to and my boobs don't need any torture. So I start to pull it down the way it came up. Nope. This baby just rolls into a constricting donut around my hips and I am stuck. It's not going up and it is not coming down. Instead it is turned into a tight roll that is stuck right under my belly and the top part of my boot. Man o man did I see the most heinous muffin top my pudgy self ever had. I'm starting to panic. I've been struggling with this demon for about 20 minutes and I have gotten nowhere. I am pulling here and squeezing there but this monster is not budging and it is starting to really hurt. I am now in a full blown sweat in my bathroom with no help in sight. I'm thinking I'm going to have to cut my way out because I'm starting to freak the duck out. I no joke took 40 MINUTES of wrestling and even cracked a nail wrestling before I finally got it off. I have no beef with this devil because she was only doing her job. She works and works well. I will be getting a bigger size because I see her potential. If all else fails I may just have to try to whip myself back into shape but if not, I could always go back to wrestlemania with this tough lady.

Ok, so I have the xxl large which I ordered first by following the chart and measuring my waistline (measured at 34 inches), and it fits perfectly. Smooths out my shape and does what I had expected it would do. As far as making my waist look thinner, I did not feel that it did that, only smoothed out my shape(love handles) and made me look better in my clothing. I decided to try out the next 2 smaller sizes which are an XL and L. I haven't gotten the XL in the mail yet but received the L. So I wore the LARGE all day yesterday and it does fit, a little harder to get on but not bad. There is definately more compression and a tighter hold and possible even a smaller waistline but not by much in my case. I would have to take a measuring tape to my waist to know for sure. I did like the tighter fit and was thinking of ordering more in the large, but after wearing for awhile I noticed the hip area was wanting to flip up, not bad but a little annoying. So I decided to wait till I loose more weight to order smaller sizes. One thing I did notice even with the XXL size is that the left strap is cutting into my shoulder/armpit area and irritating it, which is very annoying. I had to wear a bandaid in that area and it was still irritating me. Also on both sizes the bra strap clip keeps coming undone/loose. I kept having to move the plastic piece back into the strap. Overall, I love this shaper and am happy with my purchase. My advice is to go by the size chart and your waist size. If you just want a smoother firmer look in clothes and something comfortable enough to wear everyday go with the size it says to. If you want a tighter fit/ more control / and possibly a size smaller look....go with 1 - 2 sizes smaller.

Not perfect but good. I can't hold myself out as an expert but I wear full body shapers pretty much everyday and I have purchased a lot of them. I tried this one because I liked the price but the sizing is always so hit and miss with these things. However, I followed the instructions and ordered my dress size, which is a medium. I didn't go up or down. I ordered my exact size and when I received it, I was surprised because it looked big. Usually things look tiny and take about 10 minutes to get on, especially the first time.. There is usually a period of breaking in and where it is too tight but then it forms to your body. This shaper didn't require a break in period and fit nicely right out of the bag. The problem is that it is tight but not really tight enough. I think I would have an even more defined shape, if I ordered 1 size down and due to the price being so affordable, I might just buy another one in a small. Another plus is that it is long enough so it will cover your entire torso which is a great thing. I have had problems in the pass where the shaper would roll up on one side and cut into waist area making me look lopsided and I would be adjusting it every 5 minutes. I have not had that problem with this one. Another good thing is that it covers your bra strap in the back and this is a huge plus because if it did not, it might cause a fat/skin bulge between the shaper and bra strap, giving you an unattractive lump. That is not the case with this shaper. So, I like it.I wish it was tighter and I will buy US small to see if that makes a difference. I would suggest that someone interested in purchasing it buy there actual size but if you want a little tighter try sizing down but definitely do not buy any larger than your true size, that would defeat the purpose. Also, keep in mind that it isn't good if it is too tight either. It will be extremely uncomfortable and cut into you. That would be unattractive with a bodycon dress.

Im a mom of 3 and its hard for me to find shapewear that is small enough because I am petite but i have a mommy tummy. This thing is actually tight enough so i get good compression. Better than Skims imo!

I love this bodysuit. Works perfect to smooth out the tummy and love handles. Comfortable. Even better, no panty lines Better than another one I bought that kept rolling down to the waist. Highly recommend.

I am 5'2"/160lbs. I got large and it was a bit small. Three hooks on the bottom would have been better than two. But overall I love the material is so soft and definitely holds you in. I would recommend it

Love it but when I have it on the crotch area is tight n cuts in wish the underwear part if it was a tiny bit looser
