I work out hard and have been having pain in my shoulders and neck. I purchased this ball and use it to roll out the stiffness in my neck and upper back. Just lean against a wall and let it release all the tight muscles. Works perfect and has been so helpful!

This ball is the equal to any of the more expensive products, and it wouldn't surprise me if several of them come out of the same manufacturing plant. With that said, the GreysFit ball comes in quality packaging with what appears to be excellent support. I'm using mine for lower back issues, and its use is making a huge difference in my pain. I find myself using it 3-4 times a day to "dig in" and break up the adhesions and lengthen any of the muscles that might be starting to tighten up and cause pain. The result is that I've seen a significant reduction in my back discomfort.

I absolutely love this massage ball! I’m not usually one to leave reviews on products but I have spent a small fortune on different products, massages, etc, in hopes of relieving my back pain. I have struggled with back pain my whole adult life due to my physical make up (very top heavy 😑) and could never seem to find relief. I found this ball and ordered it because I liked the price and I am soo glad I did! It’s the perfect size and texture. Using it on my back up against the wall allows me to control the pressure while the textured feel of it really works the muscle. My husband likes to use it after his workouts and my 1.5 year old loves it as a soccer ball, so it definitely has many uses 😃

These two massage balls are excellent for unsticking the fascia and adhesions. I've been using a single lacrosse ball for a year on tight hips and glutes, but needed something a little bigger for the two areas. Highly recommended.

This is a great product. The mobility ball allows you to hit areas you can not hit with a roller. I suffer with sciatic pain and this is great to hit those trigger points. I would highly recommend this product, great quality and very versitile.

Love this little ball, I wish I would have gotten one sooner. I've always used a foam roller and thought that was enough, but this ball (or others similar to it) gets into those tough to reach spots. Really great for the chest, hamstrings, and rhomboid/traps.

This ball is excellent. I wanted something that would be big enough to sit on and force between my calf and thigh. About the circumference of a foam roller. This ball is the perfect resistance not too soft or hard, grips the skin for my fascism release.
